Shadow 6000 Red suede toe NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Purchased a pair of Shadow 6000 in Red trim on white. Wore the trainers out on a dry day with wet floor from previous light showers. And the red suede toe bled through onto the white. In my mind this made the trainers unfit for everyday purpose.
The response from Saucony customer service suggested that I had used the shoes in an unusual manner, and that they were not built for wet conditions. Light rain in the uk is a given.

Ordered directly from the website thinking it was the most trustworthy place. Product hasn’t arrived and money taken. Customer service incredibly hard to contact - no confirmation of refund. Worst customer service ever.

TBH I can't yet comment on quality of shoe (which I managed to source in the end directly from a retailer). But the logistics with (N)Evri were non existant. I called the London flagship store and they said "yes, we get so many complaints, that is why trustpilot is so low, no idea why we still use Evri". TBH I don't understand why any online retailer would touch Evri - so damaging for the brand.
Note: Saucony are refunding, no sign of any contrition/apology though

I bought a pair of lifestyle trainers in October, and have them in a rotation with three other pairs of shoes (so not worn daily).
All of the stitching has come undone on the toe, leaving a large hole. I’ve sent images and a request for a replacement pair, but have heard nothing back after several days.
Due to the online chat not working (I don’t think it’s real), I’ve had to chase multiple times.
I’ve a feeling am stuck with a crappy pair of faulty shoes, although will probably contact the ombudsman for help.
Do not purchase from this brand - they don’t deserve it.

Do not buy directly from this company!! I ordered some shoes over a week ago and had shipping confirmation a week ago. Nothing has changed on the tracking since then and I have no idea when the shoes will come, or if they will come at all. Customer service literally doesn’t exist and their standard is they will get back to you within 7 days but I don’t hold my breath. I’ve tried reaching out on various social media platforms and via email and getting nowhere but they are happy to take £80+ from your bank account immediately despite not sending the product.

Never Ship Shoe Purchase/Forever In Limbo
As a Christmas present from my parents, I ordered a pair of Triumphs sneakers which had a reasonably expected delivery date of 12/31/2025, this past Wednesday. To date, I have not received these sneakers nor have they even been shipped out. Customer Service is very difficult to reach and you're left stranded with emails that never receive responses nor any representative will materialize on the live chat. I would strongly caution against ordering shoes from Saucony's website given the seeming indefinite limbo that all online shoe purchases are subject to. Given recent complaints along the same lines of orders not being fulfilled or never shipping, this looks like a pretty common issue for others who've made the mistake of ordering sneakers through Saucony's website.

AVOID! Ordered a pair of running shoes for my husband's Christmas present on 15th December, and it stated 3 to 5 days for delivery, so I was confident they would arrive in time. However, they use EVRI (wish I had known this, as I probably wouldn't have ordered), and EVRI tracking stops dead on 18th December, so they've clearly lost/stolen the parcel. The only option to contact them is by email (no phone number, and live chat is not working), so I emailed on the 19th December and still have had no response. I had no present to give my husband on Christmas Day. Just rang the London shop as it's the only number I could find anywhere, and they were of no help whatsoever either; they just said to wait for a reply to the email. Will I ever get one, though?

Bought Saucony Ride 18 wide. Unfortunately Evri managed to loose it, after 7 days of no delivery from ordering day. Contacted Saucony about it on 23rd of December and had replacement with me on 24th of December, delivered by DPD.
Very happy with Saucony response regarding Evri mess up and issuing out replacement pair.

I returned 1 of the pairs through the barcode for evri at the local post office on the 19th November 2025 and was checking my bank account today (20th November) and the money has been credited to my account. So pleased as I read all the negative reviews after I’d already made my purchase.

MY trainers didn't get delivered by EVRI, arguably the worst delivery service in the UK, and I couldn't contact the Saucony customer service in any way. The chat function does not work, literally doesn't work on the website. The call number doesn't either.
