Saudia Umrah Package

I booked an Umrah travel package through their call centre (800 0357 03121) and had to cancel as Umrah visas were not being issued by the relevant authority for the dates I had booked. While the first agent who dealt with my refund request was not helpful at all, after the intervention by Audrey, the refund was processed quickly.

I wish agents like Audrey would be the first responders to customer queries to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Everything turned out ok. Increased my rating from one to four stars.

Firstly

Firstly, your package says it includes transport. In the English language this assumes transfers to the hotel. So if you only include flights in your package then say flights an transfers not include. As a result a lot of time was waisted waiting around at Red Sea airport trying to work out transfer to my hotel which I now have to pay extra for.
Secondly, the treatment from SLS resort had been terrible. I booked for 2,adults and a 16 year old and he has no bed to sleep on.
Thirdly, the portion sizes for half board dinner is the size of a kids meal compared to what was being served of th main menu. I will not recommend this to anyone

I didn’t receive my electronic tickets also nothing clear about transportation from airport to the hotel although I paid for it . I don’t know anything about reservation number.

Scammers , the worst agency and the worst customer service the most rude people on earth ! they will take your money and never refund it back fake wesbite fake emails they will make sure to not keep any record for your to rembourse your money , they deducted 4,000 EUROS FROM my card and gave me wrong hotel and didnt want to exchange or refund and they asked me to pay again ! We offer Umrah stays with hotels in Jeddah and in Mecca, located about an hour apart. The hotel from the chain you selected is located in Jeddah and is not offered in our catalogue in Mecca. This information was stated in your travel documents (hotel name indicating the city, flight details, and the private transfers arranged).
Following your request to change hotels, our team reviewed several solutions. However, the costs incurred with the originally booked establishment were non-refundable, which limited the options available. We also wish to clarify that no additional payment was requested from you: if you would like another hotel, we invited you to book one through your own means.

Regarding the technical aspects, we confirm that the validated booking corresponds to the selection made at the time of your order. The documents and terms and conditions of sale were sent to you when the reservation was made.

We reiterate our apologies for this disappointment,

No customer service, not reliable company

After 3 month of mails and trying to get in touch with customer service no miles charged for our round trip! A lot of miles list and this company is fooling my family with AI answers!
Worse company , not reliable! Choose any other that can grant your points/miles for the money spent!
