We purchased a 3-nights plane+hotel…
We purchased a 3-nights plane+hotel package. On our day of travel (about 4 or 5 hours prior the depature), we received a message stating that our first leg flight was canceled. The airline suggested alternative flights, all on the next day, which is not feasible in our case. By this, our whole package has been effectively cancelled!
We tried to contact the airline and the travel agent without any success: either we talk to someone who direct us to another contact or nobody answers or a chatbot that closes the communication without any action or record of our dialog.

Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.This service is extremely poor and nowhere near the high standards of Saudia Airlines. I still have not received my hotel confirmation, nor have I been able to contact the driver booked for my airport pickup.The customer service is highly unprofessional. They reached out to me from a French phone number, which looked like a scam call. Furthermore, I cannot even complete my booking details because there is zero integration between Saudia Airlines and Saudia Holidays.This entire experience has been a total disaster, and I will never use this service again. Your competitors are miles ahead of you. At this point, I am certain my upcoming trip will be completely unorganized because it was handled by your team.

The reservation was made from the Saudi Holidays website, but the experience was disappointing, the first treatment and the last deal - God willing -, as their reservations are unclear, incorrect, and were vague in the pictures, and in the clarity of services for traveling customers.

Booked a package with them that includes flight + hotel + transfer
The they told two days before my flight that transfer is not available and that i need to arrange hotel for the first night for myself

detailed information about the hotel is not obvious. Location on map and actual hotel website should be included. We need to see reviews of the hotel.
Update: Saudia Holidays contacted me to follow up about my review, and am happy to report that i appreciate their gesture, and their explanation about the features i missed in the website. This also shows that the company took their customers' feedback very seriously, which is rare nowadays. For that, i have revised my review,

Recommendation
It’s not easy to contact the agent for questions. The WhatsApp number is not working. The rooms details was not shown when i mad the booking but i knew it by its name. The transportation was not offered to me when i mad the booking.
My recommendation is to let an agent to contact me by WhatsApp to make the booking or receive questions about the booked trip. Similar to Almosafer.
Final I didn’t benefit from being Alfursan gold member.
