Saudi Holiday - Stop Over - Worse experience of my life

Horrible experience, Since june 17 2026 they are playing around with my booking. First booking 17/6/2026 through official saudia holiday page. I received an email confirm that the request has been received and i will be contacted in 48 hours. No one get back and i remained following up with them for 3 days. After 5 days they cancelled by booking from their end and called me back to book another one with paying 700 AED additional for the same package. Regardless i paid extra my 2nd booking doesn't give me access to apply for transit visa showing offline booking contact the source you booked with. My problem remains the same like ping pong ball. Saudia holiday team says contact saudia, Saudia team says contact agency the callcenter even doesn't seems aware of their partnerships ventures. My register ticket number with saudia remains with no response and Saudia holiday team is not responding they remove the access from my customer area to communicate with agent and only bot response option remains available. I already submitted the screen shot of the visa application page showing not eligible 3 days back and saudia holiday team left me with the response we will get back ASAP. Nothing happening no resolution they closed their contact channels. I am travelling with 3 kids. Since 10 days i am in the state of stress, anxiety and uncertainty. Really awful.

Off to a bad start…

My experience with Saudia Holidays has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of seamless integration with their third-party partner, Perfect Stay. I spent hours being redirected between both companies to resolve incorrect booking information, and I still don't have a clear answer regarding my infant's seat. This back-and-forth has made the start of my trip very stressful.

Adding wheelchair assistance service

Booking through Saudi holidays should contain better options such as adding wheelchair assistance and adding passengers informations like passport number and expiry dates, I had to contact Saudi airlines to add these information for my booking

As for the passport information, please note that it is not necessary to add it at the time of booking: only the first and last names matter for the validation of your tickets.

bad customer service

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Saudia Holidays. I booked a hotel package specifically because the website stated that the room would be available upon arrival. I even paid extra based on this information. However, when I arrived, the room was not available as promised and I was asked to pay additional charges.

Customers should be able to trust the information provided during the booking process. The lack of communication and failure to honor what was advertised caused unnecessary stress and frustration at the start of the trip.

I expected much better service and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to book through Saudia Holidays again.

My recent experience with Saudi, booking number :2604067

My recent experience with Saudi Holidays has been extremely frustrating. Due to severe technical issues and a complete lack of coordination between the platform and the airline, my flight was canceled despite successful payment. The customer support failed to provide any immediate resolutions, forcing me to escalate the matter and file an official complaint with the Ministry of Tourism to recover my rights. Highly unprofessional and unreliable for holiday planning.

Great one stop for all but the after sale experience is supbar even if the reservation was made a few days back minimal, if any, changes can be made to it

I have booked the package and selected…

I have booked the package and selected for 2 nights but it’s booked only for 1 night. Called customer service and they are saying the cannot change anything on my booking. Also they can’t cancel and refund my money. It’s frustrating. As per USA government regulations airline tickets are fully refundable with in 24 hours. And they are not doing that . I have only few hours left in my 24 hours. If I didn’t get an answer I will go for a complaint
