Buying a Sauna Box was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. I’ve used it an average of 5 days a week for the past 90 days and I absolutely love it.

Me and my wife absolutely love our Suanabox, haven’t sweated this much since high school . Service was great and was kept up to date with every step after purchase. Easy set up and I really like that it is mobile. Great product and great company!

love it! I use this daily in my condo. only negative to report is that my water chamber/heater broke after about 1 month, and the replacement from Amazon did not get nearly as hot. but, I was sent a replacement (w/ extra gear) free of charge, which was much appreciated.

I bought a Sauna box last year for my son. He raved about it. Had to try one for myself. I’m very pleased. Easy to put together. Gets really hot which has helped with my muscle fatigue and a side benefit.. my skin looks so much better too.

Received my saunabox for Christmas and use it several times a week. Super easy to setup, clean and maintain. Easily portable! Love using this sauna when we have sore muscles, not feeling 100% or just need to relax. Highly recommend it!

Husband got me a hottub for Vday and I got him this. It arrived later than I hoped but it was worth the wait. We use it more than the at home hottub which says a lot because we love a good hottub. We got our own essential oils and after a few days of stress and gym fatigue we relax in it followed by the plunge box or cold shower. We learned to troubleshoot when it seemed to not work but it ends up being our lack of attention of detail (ex. Machine not securely tightened). Its become an important part of our health routine and I hope others make it theirs too.

I’ve had my sauna box for several months now and I use it at least 3 to 4 times a week. It was very easy to set up and very easy to use. I love how quickly it heats up and provides excellent steam I highly recommended it.

We absolutely love out Suanabox, my wife and I use it almost daily and it delivers every time! No issues at all, everything works as advertised, we have recommended to family and friends.

Not sure what the negative reviews are here. Trust me, I use the SaunaBox every day. It’s fantastic. As a guy who has been steaming for years, I was skeptical. That has been quashed however. It’s lightweight yet sturdy. Very little maintenance required. Plenty hot. Had an issue with the heater and SaunaBox sent me a new one immediately with zero questions so the support is great as well. Having a peloton, a rower and weights, the SaunaBox completed things and allowed me to cancel my gym membership. If you’re having any skepticism, trust me, you’ll be very happy you pulled the trigger.

I love my SaunaBox. I get in every other day and I miss it when I don’t do it. I’m an older woman and the sauna makes my skin feel softer and cleaner. My friend comes over to use it and we chat while he’s in the box. Very fun. I usually play a meditation app while I’m in the box. So relaxing. Great place to meditate.

Got this for Christmas for post workout muscle relief among other things. It's really great. It's very very easy to set up, not just the construction but the very well labeled pieces which makes it impossible to mess up. It works great, I've used it outside in the winter and then moved it inside when I made room. Its hot. It's easy to clean and it's enjoyable. I've had no issues with it.

My hot tub broke and I have always went to saunas in the past. Decided to give this a try for the price point. It was an easy setup and it gets hot enough to get a real good sweat in after a workout. I had an issue with first steam unit but it was returned to point of purchase as still within return policy and got a whole new unit. I would recommend if you like to steam alone in the comfort of your own home like I do.

I was very interested in purchasing the Saunabox and even had my purchase in the cart ready to go. I was going to pull the trigger and make the purchase but after all the negative reviews, I will delay my purchase until I have confidence in their customer service and reputation. If Saunabox sees this, I'd like to know what corrective measures have been instituted moving forward please. Especially if you are motivated to provide consumers with a degree of confidence in purchasing your product.

The sauna does the job but for the price, I’ll never buy again. I’ve had the box for 5 months and there are multiple holes on the bottom, I’ve had to cover with duct tape. They have sent me a replacement but the product is 5 months old, it shouldn’t already be broken.. also, temperature… it does not get that hot, I’ve had it in the highest setting for 25-30 minutes since I got it and it could definetely be hotter.

My experience w Sauna Box has been absolutely amazing! Received it quickly back in Dec and has been working great for months on end, even with DAILY use. Been a game changer to be able to combine sauna with cold plunge everyday after a hard workout. Sleep better. Think better. ..Stepping in feels like instant reward. Get to decompress from the day. Its like it says, "well done" ha ha. Love ending my day this way. Super grateful for Sauna Box. Thank you!!

First off, this is a phenomenal company with a great product. Well built and very comfortable and easy to use. I sit in mine 3- 5 times a week and have built it into my morning routine. This is my quiet time in the morning dedicated for 20 mins of prayer. This has made my life better and has improved my physical and mental health. The customer service is spot on too. Any questions I had they responded quickly and with an answer or solution right away. I tell everyone I know about what a great product this is and what a great company they are. I can’t say enough about them! I’m so grateful for them!
