Just had to cancel the credit card, scammers 100%, when you contact them- they block your number , then you emails.
After 3 payments, and following the banks dispute process( which is painful), I had to just cancel the card.
Stay away haven’t even received my original order. this business owner needs locking up.

This company is horrible. I wished I had read the reviews first. These do not work plus they keep sending me gummies after I cancelled. Oh they sound so sweet on comments. They owe me 383.44 because they keep mailing them and charging me. I have gone to my bank to stop them from charging me again. This activity should not be tolerated. They need to be stopped.

They automatically subscribe you even though i did not tick the box. I called for a refund and they offered me 30% off and said they cant accept returns as no fulfillment centre in the uk and costs too much to post back. I queried and they said they would cancel my subscription. They

Wish i had researched before ordering.
Spent £35.00 on gummies, took 3 weeks to come, in this time i asked to cancel as didnt think they were going to be delivered, 3 days after delivery £90.80 went out of my account, i emailed the company and they said i had subscribed and had a lifetime subscription, i did not knowingly do this, i contacted my bank, they said to wait till come out of pending, by the time it came out of pending they took another £90.80, card had to be cancelled, and bank wont refund, even though they are aware thats lots have been scammed by this company.
So now ive paid £215.00 on 2 bags of gummies that dont work.
Then to top it off i had a link saying they had been unable to deliver and to click on some dodgy link to pay redelivery charges, tbey never even tried to deliver, as j have cameras.

Worse company I have ever ordered from. Placed an order, when I received it they had added another article to my order that I didn’t order but charged for. I requested a refund but they refused. Four days later the same amount of money was taken out of my bank account stated they shipped me another order. Never seen it. Contacted them again and no one will respond. I did not sign up for a subscription but I’m still getting money taken out of my account.

1st time being Scammed
Thought i would try them around 09th March 26, paid around £19.99, i received the Gummies and a tub of scrub rub??, for what i thought was a one off payment although i have not even tried them yet. i then received a parcel one the 16th April 26, i did not know why as i had not reordered them, only to find 2 payments taken from my account in April with in 7 days .i checked my bank account only to find,,,, they must have signed me up to an unauthorised subscription to them, well that is what i am presuming, I HAVE NOT AGREED TO ANY SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS COMPANY at any time. I only found all this out that they had taken 2 UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS OF £45.75, This only came to my attention on the 16th April 26 out of my bank when i saw 2 payments were taken out account for them. This happened on 07th April 26 they charged me £45.75 and although i did not receive any parcel, then the week after 14th April 2026 they charge me another £45.75 and i then received a parcel, so the 2nd parcel was never received had i received the 2nd parcel, i would have been made away of the scam earlier, i may have been able to stop that payment and it was only when a parcel came on the 16th April 26 and i looked at my bank account did i realised this WHOLE CON that this company is doing. i contacted Barclay Bank and they have cancelled the 2nd payment and i was told by them to contact Savannaskin, although i have sent them emails, they have not answered any of my emails and i have also rang the Telephone number although no answer there either and now their web page will not open.
i have never been scammed before, this is shocking.

I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding charges from Savanna Skin, which I have recently raised and copied you into.
Given the nature of the transactions and the risk of further charges being processed, I am not prepared to allow additional time for the merchant to respond before taking action.
I am therefore requesting that the bank:
• Initiate a chargeback for the transactions in question
• Immediately block any further transactions from this merchant on my card
• Review this merchant under your fraud and monitoring processes
There is substantial publicly available evidence of similar issues affecting other customers, including ongoing billing and difficulty cancelling. Here is a link that shows a consistent pattern of reported conduct:

It is difficult to be constructive given the exchange I've had with this company.
I advised them today: WORST COMPANY EVER. I LOOK FORWARD TO POSTING THE FOLLOWING DETAILS EVERYWHERE I CAN.
In summary: I placed an order for their Tanning Gummies on March 4th for $90.95. I confess to missing the auto-ship thing but that is on me.
I received a 2nd order confirmation on April 1st before I had received the first order. The first order finally arrived later in the day but by that time, I had expressed my dissatisfaction and requested cancellation.
Then I got a new order confirmation on April 13th (order #162293) for $230.94 which I immediately challenged and demanded cancellation to no avail.
What I did get was ANOTHER order. April 16th (so one initial order and 3 auto-ship orders with 1 month) The April 16th (order #200378) for $230.94.

Similar experience! Waited almost a while month for the the first shipment and within a few days got am email that another order was shipped. I tried calling but the number they show online is not a working number. I have emailed multiple times and been assured that my account is canceled.Which I cannot find on their site.Anything about auto ship or an account that I have with them. I even asked them these are sixty day supplies.Why am I getting a second shipment in thirty days?A third shipment two weeks after that.And a fourth charge and shipment three days after the last one after I had been assured, it was canceled.
