No customer support and explanations
Recently, I have only had bad experiences. The only invoices for purchases I have - provided by the seller so that cannot be "incorrect" - are deemed incorrect by the approvers in the app. No additional explanation is provided. I end up standing sometimes for 20-40 minutes outside of the douane poste trying to get in touch. The hotline number is not accessible -the last time I tried to call 10, 15 times because I am waiting at the douane and there is no answer. (And this is during the working hours!) Ultimately, I waste my time and have to leave without submitting any form. It's a shame, the project promises a lot but fails to deliver.

The invoice must include details such as item descriptions, date, time, amount, VAT rate, and total price (TTC). If your invoices were rejected, it’s because they did not meet these requirements. We recommend contacting the store or website to request corrected invoices and then uploading them again in the app.
Regarding your attempts to contact us, our customer support is available from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you called outside of these hours, that may explain why we were unable to answer. Feel free to reach out again during our opening hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
