Responding promptly to guidance and providing excellent customer service experience
The customer service promptly responded to my issue regarding the tax refund upon my departure from France, guiding me through the specific procedures. After uploading my passport and credit card, they converted the cash refund into a credit card refund and the process has now entered the normal stage. Thank you very much!

As I promised to write another comment. I still believe, someone is not NOT telling the TRUTH. after several email back and forth and finally figure it out how to call someone at SolPay and take care of the issue regarding VAT.
I was told that the STAMP was in the BACK of the VAT form and nobody saw it. I think this is a LAME Excuse.
at the End of the Story. someone called me and said that they had the VAT form with Stamp in the Back. Received my VAT finally.

Wonderful experience with the tax return, thanks Linda!

upon contacting SolPay, it took two days for a response to my email address and Francois (customer service agent) was able to provide instructions that I needed to complete another form and submit additional information for the payment to be processed. Just hoping that it comes through in the time frame (4-7 working days). Thanks Francois.

The merchant at the retailer messed up…
The merchant at the retailer messed up my passport number. I emailed them and they were so responsive and also gave me daily updates on my tax refund forms/case. I have worked with others, but I never heard back or even had a real person attend to me. Thank you so much SolPay!
