Initial contact swift follow up contact excellent and quick I was almost able to conclude the deal but a family issue arose which meant timing was wrong finance company and Jenna were patient and helpful which means I will be back without out in near future

I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales experience from Saxton.

I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to have been fully serviced prior to handover. However, shortly after receiving the car, I started experiencing issues — most notably, the AC is not working at all.

To get clarity, I took the car to an official Porsche service centre, where they ran diagnostics and identified 40+ errors on the system. This was honestly shocking for a car that had just been “serviced” and was presented as having no mechanical or electrical issues.

This raises serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of the pre-delivery checks carried out by Saxton.

What has made the situation more frustrating is the lack of urgency and support from the after-sales team. Given the number of issues and the condition of the car, I expected a much more proactive and customer-focused response. They just ignore my emails - I had to follow up with calls

At this point, my confidence in Saxton has been significantly impacted. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their vehicle preparation standards and after sales support

They had a lot of luxury cars at competitive prices very well presented at point of sale. The stock seems to move fast as on two occasions I thought I had reserved a vehicle ( on the second I had actually placed a deposit with the company) only to have the car sold to someone else!Eventually I bought a vehicle and am happy with the purchase. The staff were very personable although there was a lot of waiting around sometimes unnecessarily.

We recently purchased a Range Rover Sport and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was easy to find and the staff were friendly and approachable throughout.

In particular, Viktor, who we dealt with prior to the purchase and again upon collection, was excellent we couldn’t fault him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really made the purchase easy for us. Andy also made the whole process smooth and completely stress-free! The complimentary drinks on arrival were a really nice touch too.

Overall, a brilliant buying experience and we’re absolutely delighted with the car and would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived at Saxtons we were taken care of, the reception staff were pleasant, we wondered around to look at the cars, there was no pressure to buy which I liked, given that some places you go you feel like you are being followed around by sales staff. Saxtons were great. We found what we were looking for, and engaged with Ismail to help talk us through the car, and he knew everything we asked him. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He made the whole process smooth and next time we will definitely go back to see him and the team at Saxtons. Upon purchasing the car, Jenna from the finance team was very efficient and had a lovely manner helping walk us through the transaction and after care. All round excellent experience at Saxtons. Will see you again for another motor for sure!

Everything went well and quick. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed that we were presented with optional add ons, but nobody was trying to force us to buy them, as that put me off from purchasing in the past from other dealers. Ismail did a very good job explaining everything.
