I paid for the Premium plan because I had more than 150 guests and wanted to send out digital invites and reminders. At first I thought it was a good tool. As we got closer to the date, the experience got worse and worse. If our guests rsvp'd on their desktop device, they would not be able to check their information on another device like their phone. Our guests were confused about their events and almost all of them needed to comminicate with us to re check their events as they couldn't "sign in" after our RSVPs closed. On top of all the other things we had to do for our wedding, this was very stressful.
The Say I do team suggested I re-enable my RSVPs so the guests could re-rsvp on a different device. What an insensitive and stressful thing to suggest! At this point RSVP’s are closed, and I will not be updated if anyone changes their invite.
It does not account edge cases such as for allowing users to reference the website on the day of the wedding on their phones, if they had previously rsvp’d on their desktop device.
I now have an increased mental burden of needing to make sure all my guests are able to see their events and your suggestion to send each guest their individualized link is time consuming and a little ridiculous.
I suggested they add a different entrypoint to sign in to view events and received no response. Overall a very unprofessional company and im glad I never have to use them again. I've already told all my other engaged friends to not use this.

Easy to use system especially if you are planning early and are a bit dynamic with your changes. I found the question section especially helpful to my guests (you think of every question they may have eg accommodation or transport check in time) this meant I wasnt answering the same questions over and over.
I didn’t pay for any of the additional services but I think the table plan would have been extremely helpful as it was difficult to do by myself.

Invitation system was a big big help, time saving and made the RSVP simple and easy to track. The whole interface was great being able to add links for hotels, gift ideas etc was simple and user friendly. Lots of guests commented on the website and loved the invites and updates. Overall wedding package although a budget tracker would have been nice to make it complete for me.

As someone who did not spend their childhood making binders of what they wanted their wedding day to be, Say I Do was an incredible help to keep us on track for our big day.
The format was easy and we felt like it dressed up our invitations, announcements and even Thank you notes more than we could have expected and for a great price.
The only draw back is that some of our guests had all their notices go into junk mail folders. I understand this is a personal email security setting so cannot be blamed on the website which is why I am giving a full 5 stars but it would be helpful if something can be done to prevent emails from this site going straight to junk mail.

Great wedding website. It was user friendly and easy to use. I was able to send my invitations out, monitor RSVPs and dietary requirements, plus an announcement reminder a few days before (did this because the original SMS was received several months prior).

Very easy website to create and send out to guests. Guests liked how easy it was to use and to refer back to as the event got close. Very easy to manage and to be able to send an email out to all guests with any updates was great. Recommend.

Say I do makes the whole invite and organisation of guests travelling to another country much easier and cheaper than a wedding planner. The only thing we found difficult to navigate was loading photographs up. You have to do it through an external feature, Also I thought the layout of the photographs a little ugly. I would recommend this website saves you hours of organising.

The best platform for assisting with your wedding planning process and for sharing important event information with your guests via the custom wedding website capabilities. This platform was so easy to use with beautiful website templates. For easy RSVP guest tracking and dietaries the one time payment option of $150 was so entirely worth it! I loved this platform and the ability to have my own wedding website gave the professional and sophisticated edge to my wedding.

This was an invaluable tool in preparing for our wedding. Very easy to use and made sure we included every guest!

A fantastic website to use to keep everything in one place & easy to use for the planning & communications.
Some of the areas are still a little clunky to use & the templates could have the ability to move things around a little better but overall Say I Do made things easy for organising.

From the outside, this site seems great, but it has a huge downside which makes all its perks rendered useless.

If a guest has rsvp’d they would have to resubmit their form to recheck the information relevant to them after a period of inactivity. This has lead to us being inundated with messages weeks before our wedding of all the information they should have been able to find on our website but couldn’t because they didn’t want to team resubmitting their information.

We loved using say i do for our wedding planning! It was a really useful and we would 100% recommend it to other couples!

We’ve given it 4 stars because we feel there is room for improvement still! I feel like an app would be a great development for ease of use. Using on your phones web browser was always the easiest. I also feel like in some areas it’s a little clunky. Generally though this is a great tool and we’d definitely choose to use it again if we were to do our wedding again!

We really enjoyed using the website, was a very useful tool to track attending guest and their meal choices. Our guest really like how friendly and inviting it was. We like how easy it was to personalize our website, from our dinner menu, sharing bar menu and picture gallery.

A nice feature would be if guest could upload pictures to the gallery on wedding day to share their memories to bride and groom. We purchased a separate site (wedding studio) which became an additional cost.

Overall we got our money worth!

This website was an invaluable tool for planning and managing our wedding. We paid for the best package and it was worth the spend, there were no additional costs. From tracking the guest list to creating table layouts, managing RSVPs, and even designing announcement and thank-you cards, and a beautiful website, everything was made so much easier. The customer service team was also very responsive and helpful, even across different time zones. The only reason I’ve rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the site can feel a little clunky at times, and I occasionally had to redo things. I highly recommend.

We used SayI.Do to create a wedding website and to collect our RSVPs. The website was really easy to use all the way through the process and made the wedding admin a lot less stressful!
