Great little app to help you keep track on the status of your wedding, helps you to also collect all your guests RSVPs in one section so you arnt constantly looking for all the little cards in the months to come, I think this is a fantastic idea and definitely recommend to anyone about get wed!! ☺️

Great app to use to help manage most…
Great app to use to help manage most things on the run up to the wedding. We mainly used it to collect meal choices and dietary requirements. It was great to have a mini website that could be designed in the same colours and style as our printed invites and use it for RSVPs also. Could be made even better by having a budget calculator in also as we needed to use separate spreadsheets for that but otherwise a great app!

Great website for wedding planning e.g. save the dates, invitations, additional communications to different groups of guests as well as thank yous. Incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate - I would definitely recommend this site.

You have to 'SAY I DO'
Absolutely amazing website! This was so helpful when planning our wedding, it had everything we needed in one place. The to do list is super helpful as is the guest list for keeping check on who’s coming, if anyone has any dietary requirements etc. I used Say I Do for everything, I love a list so this was perfect for me! I highly recommend for any bride to be’s(and grooms!)

Fantastic way to store all your wedding day information on, found it easy to edit the website on a daily basis if needed. Easy to send out to all our friends and family. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I love the fact you can also see on your guest list who is able to attend or not, makes it easier to sort out numbers.

Easy to use service
Say I do was such an easy website to use. It made getting all of our guests information so easy and the planner made it easy to check what we should and shouldn't have done already.

Great website but sends invites to junk
Great website that helps manage guests and send out invites. The only downside is that many, if not most, of all wedding invites and save the dates went directly to people’s junk mail. So that was an issue for us.

We’ve checked and couldn’t find any messages to our help team regarding this, as we would have been able to assist by upgrading your account with SMS reminders. It’s also worth noting that emails sent from certain work or business addresses can sometimes be blocked by their servers. For best results, we recommend using a Gmail or Hotmail address when sending invitations.

Excellent website. Easy to customise. Easy to use by our guests and ourselves. Made the planning of our wedding so much easier. Guests were able to scan a QR code on their invite that took them to our customised website where they could find further information regarding the day and RSVP at the click of a button. We were able to easily allocate guests to tables to create our seating plan. Then download it to give to the venue and suppliers. Would 100% recommend this website to couples planning a wedding x

Overall great package but sms of invitations to guests needs improvement.
The wedding website and spreadsheets were relatively easy to set up and use. However the guests were unable to state their dietary requirements in their RSVP, despite me paying for the top package. The sms to guests for the announcement and wedding invitation was brief and being charged and extra $25 for that feature was a waste of money to us. Guests thought the sms was spam so I had to individually sms the invitations with passcode myself the next day, which was a time wasting inconvenience. Overall the product is fantastic, keeping all aspects of wedding planning simple and organised. If the Say I Do admin / IT can fix the announcement sms glitch then that will help future customers. This glitch is why I gave 4 stars not 5.

Regarding the SMS service, this is a third-party integration, which is why it carries an additional cost. The messages are intentionally brief due to character limits.

We were generally satisfied with Say I…
We were generally satisfied with Say I Do, though there is room for improvement. We initially chose the service for its multilingual website feature to accommodate our international guests. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that this feature is limited to the RSVP page.
Nevertheless, Say I Do successfully met our primary needs of sharing essential information with our guests and collecting their RSVPs.

Organize, Neat, and Easy was it for me
I loved how it was organized, had the family party names of the wedding, the GoFundMe and Kululu website connected and it was very easy to navigate. I liked how the website kept track of the guest list, however, most of the time I was entering the RSVP for them, my relatives don't ever follow directions so the RSVP part was a hassle. I also appreciated how everything was set up so neatly and being given the date, time and location.

Disaster with the guest list
Disaster with the guest list. a lot o duplicate guest and difficulty with people accessing the website and seeing the full schedule. Should offer a pop up when guests view the website to ask if they are day or evening guest, that way they will be able to see the appropriate schedule. Another problem I encountered, even though I paid, I could not add on the QR code without having to purchase full price again and then requesting a refund. It would be advised that the website allows you to add those features on if they want to later on.

Appreciate you taking the time to review. I would love to help with a few things you brought up.
Upon checking, I can see that you uploaded your guest list twice, that explains the duplicate guests. We have an option to remove the whole list and start again if you'd like to resolve that, then you can just upload the list once and go from there. I understand your point about asking guests whether they are day or evening guests, but from our researching with talking to our customers, we have found that this is not the best way for us to structure things. There are a few reasons for that, first being that while it may work for a UK wedding, we service many countries around the world so would exclude the couples in those countries if we did that. Another reason is that couples often want the events to be private and only shown to the people who are invited – so our system is advanced enough to show events only to the people who are invited to them.
To your point about upgrading to get a QR code, that's right. You don't end up any worse off, you get the refund straight away, however we know that it's a bit confusing so we have already started rolling out a new system that charges only the difference between the two packages

Great wedding or party website maker!
I really liked using SayIDo for my wedding website. It was super easy to customise, send to my guests, and I loved being able to see all of the rsvp answers. There was also a checklist for me to tick off when I completed a task (eg. Hiring a vendor or sending out invites.)
I think you can pay extra for some things, but I managed to add them for free manually.
The one issue I had, was editing my wedding date - it was moved from May to July, but the checklist remained in May. Wasn’t a big issue, but it would say I was overdue for certain tasks when they weren’t. It didn’t bother me but unsure how to fix this! :)
Overall, it’s a really great way to make a beautiful custom website for your wedding or a big gathering! I recommend!
