I am very unhappy; I am so stupid that I didn't realize that Sayve.se will charge me 149 SEK for member ship fee per Month at my first purchase at Sayve.se which was in March, this year.

I was charged for several months for nothing, since I didn't make another purchase.

Yes, it may be my mistake, so I am stupid; I would warn others, be careful with unexpected cost.

149 SEK is more than monthly fee from Netflix, Disney+, Dropbox, Googledrive, Sportify, which you can at least you can enjoy something.

But what is point to have member ship as Private person for Sayve.se??

Scam! They charged me a monthly fee even though I had canceled the subscription and they had confirmed it. Clearly part of their business model!

Basically I purchase smith from the Sayve and first 10 days should've been free membership. So after I bought an item I was charged 129 member fee and they say that's how it works. I felt like a rip off.

Ordered one product 2020. Now from bank statements I can see I have been charhed 129 sek since then every month. Nowhere was I being notified by placing one order I will automatically be charged monthly, for what I have no idea ?

I'm disapointed to say the least and wouldn't trust this site any longer.

The website is easy to navigate without any problem with the credit card payment unlike another online seller. The delivery came within 3 working days to our nearest pickup store. Utmärkt!

Like many other consumers, I have been robbed by sayve.se to pay 129SEK / month. I thought this scam method died out around 2010 with Jamba eg.

I'm currently investigating my possibilities to get the money back, either through sayve.se (doubtable), my credit card provider, or the Swedish consumer rights authority.

Total scam company. You order something and also become a member ( without knowing it) and they take money from you every month.

Nice quick service, but no delivery to home or nearest point to us.

The item were too old, packages were broken, liquid was leeking and sticky everywhere.
I will send them back so refund immediately.

This is a scam. They sign you up to a membership without any clear evidence that this is happening and take 129 sek every month until you realise and explicitly tell them to stop.

If anyone has advice on reclaiming "membership" money from this company, please get in touch.

Sayve charged me 129 sek every month on my card without my concent, I didn't even remember when did I accepted the membership, and I am obviously against paid memberships for shopping, I been charged from last 13 months, its fraud
When they dont specify terms clearly and highlighted I never gonna shop in this group of companies and I am not gonna recomend it to any one.

I like other customers have been scammed out of a total of 1290 sek over 10 months.

I tried to login to my account and cant even remove my payment details. The company didnt ask me to chose a subscription service or to store my card details. They hide the subscription fee in the confirmation email saying that the 1st 10 days are free then after they will charge you.

I have will contact visa to cancel, report fraud and hopefully get a refund.

I wanted a stainless (rostfti) steel pressure cooker (tryckkokare) but could not find it in different sizes.

Ever since I made a purchase on sayve.se back in May 2020, the company has been detracting 129kr from my bank account every month, without my consent. I am not saying to boycott the company, as my package did indeed arrive on time, however, understand their intentions behind the membership grant.

I lost 200€ due to their hidden monthly membership they sign you up on by default when buying. And it could have been worse if I would have noticed this even later.

My question is: How can these companies be allowed? They should be punished for their unethical business model.
