This firm successfully defended an unfair parking charge on my behalf. The charge was dismissed by the court. They kept me updated, were quick to respond to any queries I had and their communication was excellent. I'm thrilled with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fabulous company ! I received a ticket for dropping a passenger off outside Leeds City Station (Wrongly) while parked on the roadside. The company was IPC, (UKCPS Ltd) There were no clear visible signs in sight. My fine quickly went from £60 to £100 then to £258.84 with a county court claim by Moorside Legal, I contacted these guys and they took the stress away immediately. I would highly recommend them for a quick resolution, very pleased with the service I received. Just 4 weeks from receiving the CCC letter from Moorside Legal in London all resolved with a notice of discontinuance

I cannot praise the service highly enough. Within 10 days of contacting the solicitor regarding my court claim, the case was discontinued. I had expected to wait several months! All correspondence was dealt with in a very timely manner and very clear.

In March 2026, Saz Solicitors successfully defended a wrongful claim made by UKCPS Ltd against me in December 2024. This was a long and stressful period of time, with ongoing harassment from the claimants solicitors. Saz assured me throughout and importantly, cleared my name of any wrongdoing. I assisted a friend to gather evidence for incorrect issue of a parking charge notice she had received which we passed on to SAZ. They then reviewed this case, submitted a defence and very quickly the case against my friend was discontinued - after 8 months of stress !

I’d been fighting a parking ticket for 5 years. I was weeks away from being taken to court when SAZ solicitors were recommended to me. There service was exceptional, it didn’t take them long to win my case for me. Very polite and professional service from them

After struggling for 3.5 years over a parking ticket that I have correctly paid for and escalation to court, I was at the end of my wits to get out of this situation myself. Luckily, I found SAZ solicitors and approached them via email and sent all my documentation. After a very nice phone chat with the owner, she reassured me that my case should be resolved for me without having to pay the opposing party anything. After a few hours she called me back and told me that she successfully got the parking company to drop the charges and this is now closed for good no court involved anymore.
I recommend everyone, who is in a similar position fighting against these private car companies to contact SAZ solicitors to let them help you with their expertise and knowledge. Not only that they are also super nice and explain things of what is going on behind the law language of the letters you receive.

Can’t recommend Saz solicitors enough. I was put in contact with Saz through a parking fine page on Facebook, and thank goodness I was.
After being hounded for 4 years by DCBL legal and smart parking, for a fine that I had proof of payment for parking, they were now taking me to court.
