We had heard from others on the Challenge your PCN facebook site that Jackson was extremely good and we can absolutely confirm this is the case!

What a fabulous job Jackson did for us in fighting a spurious Parking Charge Notice (PCN) served on us in June 2024 claiming that we ‘left site’ but backed by no evidence of what they meant.

We were subjected to monthly letters with threats, increasing charges etc and when we sent them evidence of our purchases on site (we had been on site for just one hour of the three hours permitted) they did not respond to us at all but simply filed their claim with the court!

Jackson acted on our behalf from May 2025 and we heard in early September 2025 that “The Claimant's claim was dismissed by the court and the Claimant was criticised for pursuing the same. The matter now stands concluded and there is nothing further to do.”.

We now await our Court fees back and possibly some damages, with Jackson’s fees entirely met by DCBL/G24. We are so very grateful to him.

A massive thank you to you Jackson, especially as a significant health challenge currently was not being helped by the perpetual and escalating behaviour of these bullies!

I want to thank SAZ Solicitors for assisting me in getting my court case quashed. I was given a fine for parking in a private car park over 4 years ago. They took on my case and successfully beat Civil Enforcement Limited and DB Legal.
