All threw my application the advisers were lovely and a great help. Kept me updated and also the delivery men carried my tv straight into my house ans into the room i wanted it in. Service is great.

It was an easy application process online for the weekly payments, and a member of the team contacted me straight away so I could provide the required information. Once I had signed my application, I was contacted the next day by the supplier to arrange delivery for 4 days later. Excellent service from all involved from the start!!

Great weekly payment store
Had a quick call back after making my application, sent back all my proofs, got a call saying every thing was good to go, signed my paperwork, got a phone call the very next day to book my delivery for the day after. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Payment day to suit me, amount to suit me, over all a great service.

What a joke would not waste my time with this company applied for a product a tv me and my daughter on our own tv broke wanted to get one off this company has to chase them up 3 times when they said they would contact me and then said I can't have the tv and that's helping people thanks a lot smarter buys store your lucky you got a 1 star

Great with payments etc but I got a bed not realising at the time of it was value for money was charged 1250 for a divian bed with crushed velvet head board only to see other places face etc selling the exact same bed for under 400 pound some places as low as 300 including mattress , my housing Association used to recommend them but stopped due to them not been as cheap as first thought , fair enough they need to make money but 800 pound profit per bed is just pure greed

We benchmark every product on the website with at least three other retailers on the market, not catalogues. The Cash Price will compare well with others on the market. The divans are sold in various sizes with good quality mattresses, drawers and headboards, so you'd need to compare like with like for Cash Pricing. If it was a bedframe and mattress again you'd have to compare like with like on the Cash Price.
The price you state includes the interest over two years at 39.9%APR, not the Cash Price and not compared to other %APRs and their Total Price including interest.
I can guarantee we do not make the profit you state; we're a small not-for-profit charity, offering a weekly payment service so that is not our aim, and we are always much cheaper than Bright House and the like.

Easy to place an order online. All staff I've spoken to over email and the phone have been very polite and friendly. More than 1 way to pay and you can choose whether you want to pay weekly or monthly. After placing my order it came within a week! Would definitely recommend
