I really like the app, but here are two things I would suggest to improve:
1. the black layout is not great. Maybe consider a more eye-friendly color.
2. Seeing my portfolio gains only in EUR is not practical. I want to see also the relative gains in %. So far, I can only see in % each individual stock or ETF.

I’m repeatedly facing issues with my stop-loss orders. Whenever I set a stop-loss for a position, it often ends up not being executed, and I receive the same explanation from Scalable — that the stop price was “not touched” or “not reached.”

However, this keeps happening, and I’ve been losing money because my stop-losses are not triggered as expected.

User-friendly app!

The app is intuitive. I haven't had any problem so far with the company.

I use a few trading apps. Scalable is user unfriendly & confusing.

I’ve been using Scalable Broker for two years now, and I’ve been consistently impressed with both the platform. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage my investments with confidence. I especially appreciate the transparency in reporting and the wide range of investment options available.

Overall, Scalable Broker has made investing feel approachable and efficient, and I’m genuinely happy to be a long-term user. Highly recommended!

The dashboard view is really bad, shows no clear insights of all the investments and returns. Even when one drills down on the each individula ETF in estment its really hard to findout how much is the fees charged every month and what is the return exactly for a custom date range.

The whole move from baader bank is also terrible the investmehts are divided into 2 different accounts since months now. No way to see the aggregated returns.

The app experience has gone from worsw to worst iver the time.

The app is easy to understand and almost self-explanatory. Clear (over-)view of things. The new Insights feature is great and saves time when trying to gather more information.

It would be fantastic if you could see the largest positions in ETFs directly in the main content view of a position, or at least via Insights for which you should have Insights available directly in the main content view of a position.

Scalable offers many resources and also information about ongoing trends and market moves which is helpful and I absolutely appreciate it.

What I’m not so happy about is that incorrect calculations of average buy-in prices aren’t corrected/adjusted quickly, sometimes taking days or even weeks as it was the case for the BYD Co stock. Maybe it was only a rare hiccup? Responses to support inquiries can take several days which is not so nice sometimes.

I like the structure, but I miss a pie chart over the depot. The right weight is important and so I have always to calculate the percent of each investment in an excel (including the cash)

- Having used multiple brokers over that last years, I must say that Scalabe has set a benchmark for the other new brokers to beat (at least in DE).
- Easy to use, great subscription model and Scalable gives me all that I need to invest & trade.
- Customer service is decent and has resolved my problems in a timely manner
- Having the interface in English is also a big plus !
- A completely online form that lets one transfer stocks/etfs from other brokers. It can sound basic, but some brokers still need you to fill, print, sign and send !!! So glad that Scalable has digitised such operations.

Hoping for constant improvements (like the Child account, better stock charts) & more in the future.

Using it from Germany , The app is 100% better than any investment app I’ve ever used before , simple and understandable in few minutes, gives you all the options and benefits that you as an investor may need ..I‘m officially on it and trust it 100%

Trust is very important when it comes to the selection of the Broker. Customer support team addressing concerns as promised is what contributes to Trust. Scalable Capital has worse customer support I've seen, e.g. ticket raised April 2025, end of May 2025 i've collected and provided info they had asked me to provide to proceed, since then i'm recieveing automatic emails suggesting to cancel Ticket if question is no longer valid, otherwise promising to address my concern in next 2 weeks (due to high load)... today is October.
UI/UX of the application itself, functionality and availability of the stocks is good from my point of view, hence 3 stars.

I’ve been using the Scalable Capital mobile app for over a year and I’m really satisfied. The app is very straightforward, with lots of automated features that make investing simple. Handling is easy, the design is clean, and the overall structure gives a great overview.

I especially like the ETF savings plans, which are well set up and convenient. Regular updates via email keep me informed without being overwhelming.

So far, I haven’t noticed any downsides. I’d definitely recommend Scalable Capital to anyone who wants an easy-to-use, modern platform for investing.

Great app and banking services. Their customer service is reliable and their communication and UX is great too. Super happy. I’ve been investing with them for 4 years.

I am disappointed with Scalable Capital. I tried to transfer my money from my old Baader Bank account to the new Scalable account and accidentally used the Instant Deduction feature in the app. The app hid a 1% fee behind a tiny arrow, which I didn’t notice at the time. Despite contacting support multiple times, they refuse to refund the fee and claim their fees are “transparent,” which is simply not true. Even worse, my cash is now locked for up to eight weeks, and I cannot withdraw it!

So far it’s very good experience, the layout I like the most.

To see maximum performance of any stocks it’s showing not more than 10 years history , I would suggest if we can trace the stocks history from beginning would be great.

sono un piccolo investitore su Scalable Capital, e trovo questo broker ottimo, l'unico grande problema che ha è che questo broker è che non offre il regime amministrativo ai suoi clienti italiani, oltre che a essere un ottima agevolazione, questo darebbe alle persone di accedere al pir, per essere esentati dalla tassazione del 26 % sulle prusvalenze sotto gli investimenti del 2025, quindi questo attirebbe nuovi utenti italiani e stimolerebbe ai già utenti a essere più sicuri ad investire.

I am a small investor on Scalable Capital, and I find this broker excellent, the only big problem it has is that this broker is that it does not offer the administrative regime to its Italian customers, as well as being an excellent facilitation, this would give people access to the PIR, to be exempt from the 26% taxation on capital losses under investments of 2025, So this would attract new Italian users and stimulate existing users to be safer investing.
