Dreadfull experience
I rented a 3gb server for me and my friends to play on. We kept getting internal errors. getsock ect.. I opened a support ticket and it took over 24 hours to even get a reply (not a resolution) Basically over the course of a month i have upgraded the server multiple times as there website stated we didnt have the resources for what we were trying to do. Then the server kept shutting down every hour, which then lead to another support ticket. In which ticket they decided to state and i quote "We've set up another server with the same configuration for you to try for 7 days at no charge. If this fixes the problem let us know and we will disable the old server and you can continue using the new server on the same subscription plan. Please make sure to transfer any files to the new server before we disable the old server.". Which then lead to me trying that. The problem is i cannot as the server kept shutting down every hour. so at this point i issued for a refund which they denied... The quality of customer support is dreadfull. 7 tickets i have had opened over the course of a month all related to server sided issues. Do not go with this provider if you seek reliablity and ease of use !
