I’ve placed an order on de 17th of June and after not hearing anything for weeks such ans updates on my order I contacted customer service on the 25th. I still have not received any reply nor an update on my order. I’ve also tried to call customer service but after more than 30 minutes waiting I hung up. Terrible customer service and im starting to think my 300 euro’s, which I took a long time saving, will be gone. I’m not only angry but also very sad about this.
I registered the return for my order T8P5967 and was told to contact you via mail for the return process.
No one got back to me.
Please send me the return label!!!

Wenn man kein Retourenlabel erhält, dann bleibt man hier auf den Rücksendekosten sitzen und bestellt eben nicht mehr hier.
Update:
Even though Scalpers promised to send me a return label, they failed to do so. I only received an E-Mail explaining to me the return process, something I already did a week ago on their web panel.
Now I will send back the package on my own cost and Scalpers will loose a loyal costumer.

Terrible customer service. I wrote them several times about a return and they do not reply. They have this weird service, where they promise to pick up your items you want returned. But they don’t. Don’t buy at this horrible scam company!

After sending 6 emails for requesting a return ticket so I could return my item free of charge with no response, I decided to pay for it myself, because nobody was responding to me. The item I returned was 59,99. They refunded me only 53,91. This has cost me about 17 euro to return the item. I'm not even going to bother contacting them, because I never ever want to deal with this company again.
Also, after wearing their polo-shirts for a while, I see now that it is very poor quality. The coloring is off, they shrink, and the form is gone only after a few washes.
I have never in my life encountered such a bad company, and this whole experience is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I felt the need to write this review to warn others.

I have registered an online order for return to Scalpers Benelux. The customer service is not available, I do not receive an answer to my e-mail or phone call. Still I have not yet received a return label. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks!!!

Their polo shirts dye is really bad. Bought a couple of polos and after the first wash they got all discolored. Went to the shop to replace them. At the store they’ve mentioned I should not
wash with softener and replaced the items. I thought, ok let’s give this way a try… but the reality is that even washing with just detergent same thing happened again. By the way, of course I have other brands shirts and polos and never had to worry. It’s a shame as I love the brand design but at that price tag.. never again

Trying to contact customer service due to a return. - Nooone is replying.
Called customer service. - Only spanish. - After asking whether they speak English, she hung up.
Called again - now noone is picking up the call.
Edit April 2nd: After sending an absolute insane number of emails, I got a reply. Without an apology. The return has further arrived last week back in Spain but so far no refund has been made.

It’s a scam company. Placed an order 2 months ago and paid full. Still no delivery and despite 4 mails to costumer service no reply and obviously no refund.
Don’t order online from Scalpers!!!

I bought a few things from Scalpers. My first order I would like to cancel compleatly, tried to get in contact with the Customer Service a several times. No answer. Send the items back at my own costs. Now I asked Paypal for help or a solution. What a mess! Shame on you!!
Bought a suede jacket from Scalpers’ store in Seville. I returned to USA and contacted the customer service to ask on how to return the item as I was misinformed about the origin of the product. Received a holding response on 05 December but there is no follow up action since then. Not pleased with the customer service!
We bought a jacket while visiting Spain. When we arrived home, we realized that the size wasn't the one we wanted. We contacted their customer service and they were great and very useful. We sent the jacket back to the store in Spain to have it exchanged, which was done. The new one, in the right size, arrived without any issues.

Way too much to be true! Huge delay, used clothes with perfume (I'm asthmatic)! Discolored clothes, burned by light or chemicals (not sure). Two of the four jackets were in the worst condition I had ever seen as a customer! This is outrageous, believe me! What a degree of disrespect! Scalper grow up and make business with class.
The anecdotical part is the logo in the delivery box: "COOL STUFF INSIDE", I'm returning three of the four jackets. Scalper, please change my mind!

As you can imagine, it's not the money involved in the transaction of goods, but the offensive and improper business running underneath the perfect image of business!
So I called the Oporto NORTESHOPPING STORE! Amazing staff, by the way very diligent and professional.
I gave them a second chance and agreed to exchange the items in bad shape for replacements and be refunded for the items that they couldn't supply but had already charged.
After a couple of days, I was refunded for the items they couldn't supply. They also sent me the replacement items very fast. They also explained that the perfume was added to the item as a branding detail... I explained that I'm asthmatic and they should advertise clients of a potentially life-threatening situation. Rather than perfume and beautiful boxes, I value attention to detail, raw material elements used to fabricate the item, quality control, transparency, and logistics in sum overall quality. This kind of thing never happened to me with other major brands.
Well, the second replacement jacket was in even worse condition than the prior just imagine that! I had to laugh because it made me feel like a clown.
Till now, I haven't done anything! Waiting for a reaction from Scalpercompany.
Messaged them about my retoure several times for weeks over this Email-adress hola (at) scalperscompany.com. No answer over E-mail nor phone.
Don‘t buy from this company you won‘t get your money back !
Since I‘m from germany there is not much I can do. Getting a lawyer involved now.
Don‘t buy here - custome service is the worst !
