Sold a product that was sold out

Sold a product that was sold out. Had to contact them to chase order after 9 business days (should be dispatched after 2).

Then told that they would follow up on the order. Another 2 working days (now 11 after ordering) was told the product was out of stock and that I'd be refunded. Another 2 working days after writing this, no money refunded. 13 days after paying, no product, no refund...

Through the subscription I got free headspace subscription, chatted with a hair specialist, and was refunded 5 months worth of supplies as unfortunately it didn't work for me after 150. Thank you to the support team for all your help, shout-out Louie

I’ve been using the Bio-Pilixin Activation Serum

I’ve been using the Bio-Pilixin Activation Serum for a few months now, and I am very satisfied with the results. My hair has basically stopped falling out, and my barber has told me he’s seen some baby hairs growing!
I recently had to submit a request to their customer service team. They responded quickly and professionally and resolved my issue.
I would definitely recommend this company's products to everyone.

I ordered the product,I clicked the one month and payed £65 and then I got a email saying I’d been subscribed to the site and it takes 150 to work and I have to have subscription,I emailed back that I’ll council the order,I only wanted one month,sent in three emails over two stating I don’t want it and would like a refund and they sent it entryway.

We do send the welcome-to-subscription email to all subscribers after the initial subscription purchase from the website. It is true that our nature-inspired products, especially, require 150 consecutive days to see the optimal results, as hair growth is such a time-consuming process. We carefully chose the high-quality ingredients to minimize the side effects. To maintain this consistency, the subscription is recommended, as it provides the subscriber discount, and for those with a Hair activation Serum subscription, access to Headspace, hair Care Spacialist consultation (first session - free) as well. However, we do not say that it is mandatory to have a subscription. If you find any expression like that, please let us know by email, and we will bring this to the necessary team to review that point. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

On top of the welcome-to-subscription email you have seen, where the customer portal to edit subscription is introduced, we do also send the order pre-alert email 5 days before, so the customer has enough time to make a necessary change in the subscription. After the order is placed, we focus on swift delivery, so it can be challenging for us to cancel the shipment. However, this doesn't mean that you cannot cancel the order.
