Still not received product

They have no idea when or if a product will be dispatched. Keep getting messages saying "contact us again in 2 days if you still haven't got shipping confirmation" still waiting!

Customer service chat

I have received an email on Tuesday and on Wednesday morning (the next day) another email came saying: I haven't heard back from you, so I'll be closing this ticket for now

If your customer service gives themselves a couple of working days to reply to people then make it work both ways.

Don’t waste your money on a product…

Don’t waste your money on a product like the hair line booster. Save your money and buy a product with actual scientific studies like dutasteride which I have been using for 2 years with huge progress. Don’t believe all the fake reviews posted on here either. Each person has 1 or 2 reviews and they all give it 5 star. They are fake.

Excellent customer service

I recently tried the travel size of these products, and was sent a discount code to use with my next purchase. I have decided to buy for the 150 days recommended, in the hope my hair regains some fullness. Already, my husband has commented that my hair appears thicker.
The discount code did t work, so I contacted customer services, who are very responsive. I received a reply fr9m Monaliza confirming a new code had been applied to my next order for me. The customer service is excellent.

No customer service whatsoever and high alcohol content in serum

I bought the serum x 3 and found main ingredient is unfortunately alcohol which is not good for my sensitive scalp and hair loss. I have been trying for 6; days to contact their customer service but I am ignored. Very odd they happy to take my money but now I have questions on their product they disappear. Please beware of these products and high alcohol content

Have been using consistently for over a…

Have been using consistently for over a year and not noticed any real improvement although there may have been a slight reduction in shedding.

I have however received my 5 month refund. Support staff have been helpful in discussing and issuing my refund.

Upon looking into your account, you seem to have tried to log in to your customer portal from the Global store, where you haven't placed any orders, which is why you didn't see any cancelable options. Since a customer account is associated with only one store, not across all the stores, you need to log in from the store where you placed the subscription orders.

While we send an order pre-alert email 5 days before the order placement, the order is not cancelable once it's packed and shipped. In your case, it was under the checkout failure, threfore no order was placed yet, and I have already proceeded with the cancelation of your subscription on your behalf. Please rest assured that no charge has been made since your last order, and nothing new will be created. Even after the cancelation, if you log back in to your customer portal from your UK page, you should be able to see the history of your purchase.

A product that actually works

A product that actually works! Despite claims that you might not see a difference for 5 months, I could see new hair growing within a couple of weeks. Customer service is also fast and efficient dealing with any admin issues.
