I strongly recommend you use this product

Bio-pilixin serum is really amazing! I am 65 and have naturally fine hair. Since using the serum my hair has completely stopped shredding. The shower drain is virtually clean and my brush is no longer full of hair at every brush. I can see after 3 months of daily use that the hair close to my scalp is much thicker. Friends and family have commented. The strengthening shampoo is also really good and my hair feels so much stronger. Much better than when using certain expensive French brands!
The customer service at Scandinavian Bio Labs is extremely satisfying too.
When I had an issue with a discount Hassan was extremely prompt's at taking action, honestly, their customer service is 2nd to non! I have recommended these products to my daughter and niece who have similar textured hair to me.
Overall-a great find!

subscription abuse

Stay way clear of these Cowboys. they will always try and send your next order even if you cancel your subscription. happened 3 times to me so they definitely have a system of abuse

Upon checking, your cancelation of the subscription occurred 3 hours after the latest order placement. It is worth noting that we send a welcome-to-subscription email to introduce customers to the customer portal, where they can adjust their order as they wish, and send an order pre-alert email 5 days before the order placement. This way, we believe we have given enough time to arrange your subscription from the customer portal.

This product has been amazing

This product has been amazing. My hair had become really thin a d I was losing souch hair in the shower. After about 4 months of using the serum, the shampoo and the conditioner, my hair is much thicker and in great condition.

Brilliant

Brilliant. After a great deal of searching hair and scalp support I ended up buying this,as the reviews were good and a good deal of what was said made me confident to try it. It arrived so quickly and after a quick email to customer services they responded by return. Now that is quality service!! All good until you ask for a refund

All good until you ask for a refund. The serum didn't work for me, I started a return process but I'm figuring out now that they've actually made it impossible for you to get your money back. The web page where you buy a prepaid return label crashes every single time, and the customer service pushes you towards dodgy alternatives like "keep your bottle and get a 50% refund", only to disappear when you reiterate for the third time that you don't want to keep the thing and want 100% of your money back.
If this company is legit as it states, it's time they fulfill their customers' rightful requests for a refund.
EDIT: with some genuine frustration and a good amount of pushing eventually the refund process has gone through, thanks Louie. I believe they will sort their issues out and I will consider buying from them again in the future.
