I try to buy Woven Weighted Blanket from scandinavianrest.eu. First time I tried to contact them through info.scandinavianrest.eu but there where no answer buck. Second time I contact them through info.scandinavianrest.dk after few emails with ai and one scripted answer they stop to respond. I suggest to doesn't buy from them because it's waste of time.

My cat is obsessed with this blanket. Every time I try to use it, she curls up on my lap and falls asleep first!

I posted a review stating they did not deliver my order, because that’s what happened. Even after sending multiple messages for the customer support, they only replied to me after I posted the review. I replied their email saying I understand inconveniences can happen and deliveries can be delayed eventually, that’s no problem, but if they could inform me when my order will be delivered. Once again, complete silence. It’s been a month, I don’t have my money back, either my product.

This shop is for sure a scam. Stay away.
If you check the two addresses they have listed (here on TrustPilot and on their website) you can see that there is no ScandinavianRest business at either of them. One is a private house and the other is a FOTEX in Copenhagen. They don't have any certification on their website of being a registered shop anywhere.

I bought 2 blankets, ordered on the 7th of October and got delivery first the 18th of October.
In between that time I tried many times (wrote at least 10 chats/mails) to contact the support team to cancel my order as it was a gift and I had to buy something else instead due to the long delivery.
It is not possible to get in touch with their support, there is no phone number and you only get answer from an ai robot saying they are sorry for the late delivery and that a person from customer support will contact me. I never got in touch with any real person and after investigating also found out that this company was sold to a company in Dubai earlier this year.
After reading the reviews here I do not dare to return the blankets as it is unclear if ever will get a refund anyway.
Also even if it is in DKK you will be charged by your bank for a foreign transfer when you pay with you card, as the company is not Danish even though pretending to be.
So do yourself a service, buy your blanket from somewhere else.
