Your reply is bs! No one can run a business and not be able to deal with customers' support for almost half a year!
Also, you claim on your homepage "Vi holder af vores kunder og ønsker, at du får en fantastisk oplevelse hos os."
But that is certainly NOT my experience!

I still haven't received the money back as they promised, from the duvet I returned last winter.
Stay far away from this company!

Quite some time ago we bought a weighted blanket, which arrived on time and is very comfortable. We wanted to buy the covers for that and ordered them now over a month ago. We reveiced an order confirmation, but since then haven't heard anything. Neither did the order arrive, nor did we get another E-mail or anything. We also did not receive an answer from the Customer-Service when we asked about the order after several weeks.

The fur is plush and luxurious, but it sheds a bit. It's a good product, but not perfect.

The silk pillowcase is smooth and gentle on my skin, but it slips off the pillow sometimes.

I had a great shopping experience on the Scandinavian Bedding website. The product descriptions and images really helped me make a good decision.

This pillow is the perfect combination of soft and supportive. It's helped alleviate my neck pain and I wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free.

The product quality is absolutely good and really worth for the money.

If it was possible to give -5 stars I would do it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to buy products from this company. I was ensured via email I can do the retunr in case the blanket would not work for us. I have decided to return the product and communication until now was quick and friendly. Once I have sent the package back (i had to cover the cost of 52 EUR) and asked for the status of refund I never received any answer anymore. I paid 270 EUR for the product + 52 EUR for the postage and 8 weeks later the package HAS RETURNED BACK TO ME AS REFUSED BY DESTINATION. I will have to pay another fee for the return. this is not a customer service and this company is a #SCAM and #Fraud. you cannot offer retunr policy and then not obbey your own rules!!! absolutely do not recommend. huge disappointment.
Only after realizing I am being scammed have I found another review stating the same about the return. Shame on them.
A very funny thing - please note that they only reply to the positive feedback they received here and do not comment on the negative one. not even an explanation or an apology....

It was very easy to negotiate the website to order.
Especially the quiz to help choose the correct blanket.
I made a mistake in my order, then emailed, and it was promptly altered.
It is mostly for my husband who has dementia, to help him relax. He is still getting used to it.
The quality and price is fine.

Jeg købte dynen den 10/01/24 og et par dage efter at have modtaget den, ville jeg returnere den, fordi jeg ikke kunne sove under den. sendte dynen tilbage, og de modtog den den 31/1/24. Fra i dag, den 27. februar 2024, har jeg ikke modtaget mine penge tilbage.Jeg vil selvfølgelig ændre min mening om butikken,når pengene kommer på min konto.For nu, efter lang ventetid, modtog jeg en besked om, at overførslen var overført til min konto.Hvis det var muligt, ville jeg give det en minusstjerne. Den 8. marts fik jeg besked på mail om, at pengene var overført til min konto. Den dag i dag, det vil sige indtil den 19. marts, er der ingen penge på min konto. ScandynavianRest svarer selvfølgelig ikke på mine Jeg synes, det er skandaløst og retsløst!
I bought the comforter on 10/01/24 and a few days after receiving it I wanted to return it because I couldn't sleep under it. sent the quilt back and they received it on 1/31/24. As of today, February 27, 2024, I have not received my money back. Of course, I will change my mind about the store when the money arrives in my account. For now, after a long wait, I received a message that the transfer was transferred to my account. If possible I would give it a minus star. On March 8, I was notified by email that the money had been transferred to my account. To this day, that is until March 19, there is no money in my account. Of course, ScandynavianRest does not respond to my emails. I think it is scandalous and unjust!

Working shifts does get you in sleeping issues, used to turn and toss, by night and day, never feeling recovered. Since using the blanket i don't wake up tired and feeling i underslept. Service was super. GBY, thank you.
