We received your order late Friday night then shipped it out promptly the following day on a Saturday with Express shipping. We also emailed you a tracking number at the same time so you could follow the shipping progress. The package went from coast to coast but is showing that it will be delivered to you by today, Wednesday. We take our shipping times very seriously and always strive to get all orders out within one business day. With Express orders like yours we give priority and will even make sure to ship on Saturday, a nonbusiness day. Myrrh is in bad shape. I was happy to receive my products
I was happy to receive my products. Frankencens oil is good. The myrrh Oil is thicker than syrup and very very sticky, hard to get it off my fingers.
maybe it's old.

Myrrh is a naturally very thick and sticky oil because of the high concentration of very heavy and complex medicinal compounds it contains. There is no issue with it, that's just how it is! I let you know that if you are still not able to make full use of it despite the tips I gave, Scent of Solomon has a very lenient refund policy. We want you to be able to encounter the fragrances of your Christian faith risk free!
