Horrible company. Ordered something for Christmas 2024 and was told it would be here the 19th. Item never arrived so I contacted them and they said it was being shipped by the vendor and that it was delayed. I told them to cancel the order they said they can't but here's a return label for when it does come in I can return it. What a crap company. Hey Scheels, here's my order number if you want to make things right. 43878693

It’s been a month since I ordered and still haven’t got my product. Takes over and a half an hour on hold before you get a hold of somebody. They said that they would expedite my shipment and did not. It actually is taking longer than the first time that they screwed up. Terrible experience
Crap service, my mother recently ordered a backpack for my nephew for Christmas the package never arrived, tracking info didn’t work on the package, completely bogus all round and clearly BS, they accepted no responsibility and claimed the package was delivered “in the mailbox” a backpack left in a mailbox????? Yeah no, they had no tracking confirmation, no photo of the delivery and we checked the deliveries within hours of the alleged delivery time and checked the security cams on that day no backpack was ever delivered, they’ve refused to credit my mother her money back and now we’ll have to file a fraudulent charge with visa, don’t order from this company!!!
Horrific experience. I ordered UGG Tasmans for my sons birthday present. However there was never a delivery. I kept contacting and the agents would give the same response saying they needed to wait til USPS confirms it was a misdelivery. However i went on the phone with USPS who confirmed the delivery may have been stolen or misdelivered. I gave the info to the agents who refused to help me and even closed my chat without permission. I feel very disrespected and the lack of proper customer service is very unsettling.

This is a horrible company when it comes to customer service.
I bought a jacket and when it came, I didn’t like the fit so I ordered the larger size to try as well. I returned the one that I didn’t want with a pair of shoes that I had ordered with the initial order, long story short, they are saying they never received the coat back in the return with the shoes so they are not giving me the credit.
Ive spoken to several reps and they are not even doing an investigation, said I need to take it up with my credit card company… unbelievable!
I have been ordering and returning online for years and I’ve never had an experience like this. They are horrible. I will never purchase anything from them again.

This was the Meridian location and the first time at this store, and I even talked to the Asset Control Representative and a Manager. Not the experience you want to have going into a beautiful new store, as nobody through any department ever asked, Do you need assistance or help finding anything? Not one! My son waited over 10 minutes in the gun room to check out and not once, did anyone acknowledge him or say, we will be right with you. They ignored him. Mind you there was one guy ahead of him. That isn't customer service. We had to walk downstairs and wait again where, we waited again and it wasn't much better. The woman was rather cold. So I decided to say something because its bad customer service, its a terrible first impression, and being told they would give me a gift card, I don’t want to gift card, I’m not complaining to get money, I’m complaining because your service was terrible. This is an Employee Owned Company, And super disappointing. I’m going to be honest I don’t think I would come back. Customer Service is Everything, And you failed at it. I simply told them fix it, Customer service makes the difference between a company succeeding or failing. Theres is more to a business than a beautiful store.
Alert and helpful staff, very courteous and attentive. I love going to Scheels.

Seriously took the item out of my cart & took it offline after telling me minutes before they had plenty in stock.. I asked why is the camo $999 but the black is $1599.. had it in my cart for the $999 & when I went to checkout minutes later they deleted the bow off the site.. don’t trust this company,

Wife was looking for a new pair of neoprene/rubber hunting boots. The salesperson went to great lengths to get different men's and women's boots for her to try on. And sizes. After helping her he helped me with the purchase of a new Leupold scope, rings and some accessories. Service is always GREAT! at Scheels.
Along with their vast inventory.

I am 23 hours from home on an out of state ND Archery deer hunt. Had big issue with my bow to the point that I could not use it, rendering my hunt potentially over. Took it into the Minot Scheels where Garrett inspected it all over and worked to get it back in working order. He tested it and had it safely back together for me after a little wait. Garrett’s customer service and awesome attitude helped me in a time of need. The people at Scheels are hands down the friendliest around out of any sporting goods/outdoors store. Again, thank you Garrett for helping me out to get my bow squared away and me back in the woods chasing deer!

The guy that helped me with buying my new shoes, I forgot his name ? I even asked him about paying the bill should I tell the cashier your name and he said no you don’t need to tell them anything else I needed anything else ? Great customer service !

Do not contact customer service! They will not assist you. File a dispute with the delivery carrier WITHOUT your permission and simply tell you they are not responsible and to take it up with your bank. All that I knew prior to contact them. They made a situation from bad to worse and increased my stress.

Always love your home decor and furniture. So unique and such great quality . Barb Vanek was so helpful and her knowledge of the furniture I purchased was greatly helpful with my decision. Also Lexi at customer service was very friendly. Scheels is always where I go to find gifts and fun things for my home!!!

I went to Scheel's in Johnstown, CO today to replace my worn out shoes. Place was packed but I didn't have to wait long for Dylan to greet me and help me find a pair that were comfortable and within my price range. Anne rang me up at the register. She reminded me to use my Scheel's credit card, which I did, and before I left we had a very pleasant conversation about family. Wonderful experience, would recommend.

I went to your store to buy a Ruffland kennel since you are the only retailer in the area. This was my first time in your store and I’m highly disappointed in the customer service and communication. I waited 30 minutes for a kennel that was not on display since the one on display had a manufacturer defect and the employee wouldn’t sell it on discount since there was more in storage. I was alright with that since I thought it wouldn’t take 30 minutes since there was a lot of employees standing around not doing anything. Once the 30 minutes were up I went back to the gun section that I originally went to, to get help with purchasing the kennel. None of the employees knew what was going on with where the kennel was. I was a customer with an empty cart standing right in front of them and no one approached me or gave me an update. I was then told to go downstairs to customer service. The customer service employees didn’t know what I was talking about. I was frustrated enough that I asked to buy the kennel that was on the shelf and leave. Finally the defect free kennel appeared and I purchased it.
