We’re two brothers, Theo and Will, who are third-generation farmers on our dairy in central Wisconsin. Both of us moved away from the farm before we realized farming was in our blood – and we returned to the operation in 2010 to raise cattle and offer delicious meats to our clients.

First time ordering but absolutely not…
First time ordering but absolutely not the last. I was very impressed with this steak. We are novice at delicious cooking and this was the best steak I have ever had by far! Can't wait until it's back in stock so I can get more!!!
