So helpful! I couldn’t see a delivery date which suited me, I was meant to start my treatment on a certain date but the delivery slots were after this. By that point I would have been 5 weeks without any treatment leaving me to worsen. I spoke with Courtney via the live chat and they were amazing, super helpful and straight to the point. Managed to change the delivery so I could have my medication in time. Really appreciate them

Due a delivery between 15.15 to 17.15. Check tracker driver was still in Sevenoaks at 15.15 and still there at 17.15 driver was on job 22 I was number 36 I come home from work early at 14.00 loseing 70 pounds for the afternoon at 19.00ish I get a txt saying delivery unsuccessful this was on there part not mine. I lose £70.00 pounds from work just to meet the delivery which is free yet I lose money from work it would not be so bad if the driver showed but no show at all tracker says still in Sevenoaks sciensus delivery is no better then when they were HAH.. I SENT A EMAIL TO NHS COMPLAINTS ASKING WHEN THEY CHANGED DELIVERY COMPANIES CAN THEY TRY DELIVEROO LET WE MAY STAND A CHANCE OF GETTING OUR MEDICATION ON TIME

I like the idea that the company sorts it all out for me, dates for delivery and how many pens I need . Plus having the injection sites there so you won’t forget which site you last did. It’s a very convenient app and works well I think.

Absolute disgusting Company, drivers are extremely rude. I have no way to get my medication as they continuously schedule it during the school run and I get a rude call saying I missed my delivery even though I am less than ten minutes away. Sorry Sciensus, unfortunately my 5 year old can not take himself to school and some people unfortunately do not have help. It's a shame, I never had any of these issues previously, they used to call before they arrived by the way and wouldn't have failed to deliver over less than ten minutes!! They would have done another house first then come. I am guessing I will either have to go off my meds now or tell my child to find his own way to school.

As always the customer service from the drivers in Devon was fantastic. I had a delivery today from Simon who went out of his way to get me a sharps bin when I needed one. He answered my questions I had on where to store my medication he seemed very knowledgeable. Very helpful and polite thank you
