The order process was straight forward and my order arrived promptly. I ordered 2 books but unfortunately one was not the version I needed. It did say the version on the description but at the time I didn't realise there was more than one. Customer service was excellent in allowing me to return the book and a refund was provided promptly. Even though it took me over a week to return due to illness. Would definitely deal with this company again.

Great prices, amazing range, postage costs are low. Communication about delivery is good, ordering is (too 😂) easy. Customer service always helpful and quick to respond.

The books were all in great condition and very well protected, allways satisfied with the price and the delivery was within the time window specified. Everything was as it should be. I am very happy.

The books are cheap then book stores near me but I would say that they don't tell me when they come to my place

I like this site in terms of prices and variety. The only issue was that one of the items I ordered was cancelled because they said it was actually out of stock? But a while later I reordered the same product and this time it arrived without any problems. Overall, it's a good site, I recommend it.

Damaged books received, no return for a replacement allowed as they deem tears, dents, scuffs and creases as normal for new books.

After much contact they eventually refunded 25% as a "gesture of goodwill" so be cautious if you buy new books they could be damaged and SciFier might not help.

I appreciate the partial refund but getting there was a hassle. A book store deeming torn books as not damaged is a big surprise and lost some trust.

Absolutely love Sci-fier, they always have early manga releases and every package I have received has come in excellent condition. Their packaging is second to none, the absolute best. Also, their customer service is excellent, any issues that I've had have been resolved promptly. I will continue being a loyal customer!

They were fast and took around 20 days to arrive and had frequent tracking updates. came in good condition with lots of bookmarks too, which was nice.

Good prices, good delivery time. But the book covers were weirdly wet, when they arrived. No damage and were in good condition otherwise.

I've bought on four different occasions about 12books each time and the preparation time can be a litle slow but matches the estimate that they give you. And then the shipping is quit quick. Good prices, well packaged and happy with my packages.
