Delivery Problems
I think scifier is one of the best places to order but if u want to wait decades for the package to arrive on your doorstep then this would be the best option (pls make the delivery time quicker)

All titles listed on our site include a working-day dispatch notice, which shows the estimated time it takes for each specific title to arrive with us from the supplier. This information is also reflected in the dispatch estimate email you receive after placing your order.
Once we’ve received all items in your order from the supplier, your order will then be dispatched. After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, while international delivery usually takes 7–10 working days.

Megan really did a great job recently helping me out with an issue I had with an order.
I had accidentally ordered a paperback copy of a Graphic Novel rather than a hardback copy, due to confusion on the website over the second volume I ordered being a hardback copy also but it was showing the same price as the paperback copy I ordered (but the paperback ended up being from a different publisher, which was why it was more expensive).
She helped me find the correct publisher to get a hardback copy of the first volume, to match the hardback copy I had of the second volume, and without having to spend more than I already had originally on the paperback copy from a different publisher.

Good packaging as always and books arrived safely. Some people complain that Scifier shipping is slow or that they can't preorder months before, but I'd rather wait a couple of weeks to receive pristine books in good packaging. The prices are amazing and it's not a problem for me to wait until the book are (almost) out. They're the only site that makes shipping to Europe affordable.

Books damaged in 2 out of 2 ordered.
I had placed two orders with this company for books. The first time 2 out of 4 books were damaged and I was offered to return the books or a small refund. I returned them. The second time I ordered 5 books and although they were packaged really well all five books were damaged. When I emailed the company to ask for details to return and how disappointed that again books were damaged I was offered no apology and just given a return address.
It’s rude, poor quality control and bad customer service and I won’t be ordering again.

I must say that Scifier is dangerous.
Every time I visit their website, more and more manga appear in my shopping cart. This is already my sixth purchase, and my cart is full.
My recommendation is to avoid checking your bank account and just enjoy yourself because it's worth it.
