Highly recommended, great communications

Friendly and efficient!
I have used Scofi several times and, every time, they have made the whole process painless.
I highly recommend them.

I contacted SCOFI to ask for the gas pipe to my fireplace to be terminated. An appointment was thankfully squeezed in later in the week as my requirement was fairly time-critical. However, before Scott the engineer arrived, I discovered that I not only had the initial issue but I needed two additional water pipes to my fireplace capped. In addition, my central heating had failed the day before and we were left with our boiler on full blast! As expected, Scott arrived as arranged late in the afternoon and immediately put my mind at rest by tackling all three issues. To my amazement, they were all completed within the hour and the resulting invoice was extremely competitive. I can’t thank SCOFI and particularly Scott enough for fixing our problems so quickly. Scott is a friendly, competent and extremely professional individual who will be our first port of call for any future Plumbing or Heating requirements. Thank you.

Just had bath installed and new boiler. Scott was great no fuss just got on with job, was done in a day, everything is all working as far as the boiler goes, no one has tried the bath yet. All in all the very happy with the service from the customer service team to Scott and the work he did.. would defo use again.

We are so glad we choose Scofi, from the initial telephone calls, to receiving a very prompt and competitive quote right through to our installation. The team have have been brilliant. Our Boiler installation was completed by Scott, who was punctual, explained everything that he was doing, what we particularly liked was how tidy and efficiently Scott worked. Our new boiler was installed effortlessly. We also cannot thank Mags enough who kept us informed about the installation with emails and texts. Such great service, definitely so glad we choose this company and would recommend them for your plumbing and heating solutions.

Update, Scott came over and was super empathetic and gave us an option for a solution. And the office gave us a free boiler servicing this year.

We are now living with stains on our ceiling from where a fixing wasn’t fitted properly on our boiler, causing a slow leak. We believe they have now noted this and will in future triple check. There was no apology from anyone at the time but they have since been over and we have repaired the relationship after we faced extra decorating work, replacing insulation.

To top it off, they later called to book our boiler service, and when I mentioned how unhappy we’d been, Mags agreed it wasn’t right.

They have now come and helped us, and I have edited my review to reflect that. I hope it's a fair review.

Scott from Scofi came out and provided a very comprehensive proposal for the replacement of our old boiler (in fact he provided two options, each with full explanation and costings). In advance of placing the order and through out the planning we dealt with the super friendly and very efficient Maggs in Scofi's office. The actual de commissioning of our legacy system and installation of our new Combi boiler was carried out by Joe and Jack who were both friendly, happy to explain everything that they were doing and who went to great lengths to make the installation as neat as it could possibly be. Not only that but they worked at an incredible pace! Everything works a treat .

It’s amazing that the work was done so quickly. Plus the quality was perfect. Scott is an outstanding engineer and very customer focused. I am a bit worried about his love affair with my dog but apart from that I can only recommend Scofi.

Highly recommend Scofi! Scott and the team are friendly and professional. We’ve had a new boiler and hot water tank installed and could not be happier with the results: reliable hot water and heating. Scott had handy suggestions on moving the tank and got the work done in time to fit around busy family life.

Thanks to Scott, needed a radiator valve changed due to a leak and it was all sorted very quickly.

Scofi were brilliant. We asked for a quote for a new boiler on the Thursday. Scott was with us by lunchtime the next day and our new boiler was fitted by Scott on the Tuesday. What a lovely company.. From mags in the office, really lovely lady,very efficient. Scott that came and saw what was required for the job, also a lovely guy that knew exactly what he was talking about.... and Joe (our saviour😀) who arrived early the following morning and carried out the job.. swiftly and professionally. What a lovely guy, nothing was too much trouble. He checked the hot water and rads were all working efficiently and hoovered and cleaned up leaving our home spotless. Fantastic job, would def recommend them, many thanks Scofi! 😀👍

Our boiler was fitted by Joe, who was very efficient and took a lot of trouble to see that our whole central heating system was balanced and working in accordance with our wishes. However, what really earned him our appreciation was the way in which he traced down the gas leak in our system as our supply has been cut off for the previous 6 days. This was due to a new main being installed in our road and subsequently moving our gas meter to an outdoor location. Joe soon found the problem was due to this new work. He then got the previous gas company to come and fixed the leak, that supposedly they had passed as being fully compliant, making us believe we had been living with this leak for decades. So many many thanks to Joe.
It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Scofi Energy that’s Scott, Joe, and Mags in the office. Thanks to you all.

Very good service from start to finish very helpful and kee to assist well necessary So i say if you want the best boiler company with every thibg good then call this company you will not be disappointed

Initially, I had three quotes for the new boiler after mine broke down. Scott got in touch almost immediately, which impressed me, together with the speed at which the new boiler would be fitted.

I wasn't looking forward to my boiler being changed, I had heard awful things about how the boiler would be fitted, where the pipework for the condenser would go, etc.

Joe arrived on time, he told me what was going to happen, how long it might take and what to expect. Unfortunately, when removing the old boiler, a lot of the plaster came off with it, making an awful lot of brick dust. Joe had already covered the floor with protection, so the only problem was the dust got everywhere as it does!
Joe did a good job of sorting the problem of now fixing the new boiler to the wall. Also the pipework for the condense, where it would go was solved with very little stress caused to me.

All in all, although far from straightforward, all was solved with great professionalism by Joe, even the old boiler bits and pieces were removed promptly and everything swept and cleaned as far as possible.

With the lovely lady Mags, who sorted the payments over the phone, making my life much easier, I could not have hoped for a better outcome, very professional lovely, friendly people!

Excellent company to deal with.....from start to finish! Survey was carried out on the afternoon of my initial enquiry, full installation was done within a few days after that, and at a reasonable price compared to others. Mags in the office was lovely, as were Harry and Scott that came to site and everything was left clean and tidy with no rubbish. Gave good advice and all very helpful! Very happy customer, thank you!!

Had a new boiler fitted, Joe the fitter arrived on time he was polite and tidied up after himself gave advice and showed me the functions of the boiler.

Scofi did a great job of fitting a new Valliant boiler for us. They are very good on communication. The engineer, Joe, was really neat. I was impressed that he covered all the carpets with protective plastic. He managed to plumb it in round existing shelves in a tight space. Recommended.....

It was reported two days after your visit because I did not notice that he had looked at the clock he must have looked at it when he put it back on the wall the battery was not put back in because the damage to the fitting and dent on the clock ⏰ why he did not tell us he had done it I WHY NOT you tell me and why do they ask for a review!!! That was not much of a review I wrote. This is exactly what I paid £55 I can’t work out why it has taken so long I was in the building trade so I know a lot of people also my son has his own building company and he thinks it is disgusting 🤢

After our boiler broke we contacted few companies including scofi and asked for quotes to supplie,instal and relocate new boiler.Scofi gave us multiple choice quote with very competitive prices,after we agreed i had a chat with Scott about how they going to do it and how long it will take.Day after Joe and George started the job and finished it in almost two days,everything was done as promised.Very reliable,always on time and very polite. great customer service from Mags in the office.Thanks all Scofi team
