Very quick turnaround from an engineer visiting the property to quote for a new boiler and to move it from one room to another. I accepted the quote the same day and all the work was done less than 24 hours later.

Joe and George, the two engineers completing the work, were really professional and polite.

I could not recommend Scofi any higher - great customer service from Mags in the office, to highly professional engineers delivering the work.

Very happy with our new combi boiler supplied and fitted by Scofi Plumbing and Heating. Good price and installed by Harry and Jack. Less than 2 days, very tidy workers. Both nice guys too. Nothing was too much trouble. Harry even spoke to the hive help desk to get that up and running on my phone. 10/10 for the whole transaction. I needed to relocate my boiler so had decided to replace it with a new one. I had several quotes and Scofi came in the best price. They instilled confidence with there can do attitude. Last year I suffered with pneumonia so I couldn't be left in the cold but they were amazing arrived at 8am finished fully operational same day. From start to finish this was a great experience. Scofi Plumbing supplied and installed a new boiler, providing a range of options to choose from. Their service was punctual, and everything went exactly as expected. They also offered to return if the radiators needed further balancing. I would happily use them again if needed. Engineer was very polite and knowledgeable.

I needed a replacement boiler quickly as my old one could not be repaired.
A very efficient,friendly service received from Scott, Harry and Mags.
They could not have been more helpful and no hard sell unlike some other companies who quoted for the job.

We recently had or boiler replaced with a combi in the loft. This company were excellent. Reasonable quote, they were always on time and carried out their work exactly as promised. I would recommend them for any plumbing and heating job.

This is the second time I have had a boiler fitted by Scofi (moved house). They have been fantastic both times and fitted us in very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Scofi.

Honestly this is the best service I’ve received. After being messed around constantly by another company I was put in touch with Scott and his team. They came out quickly, consulted with me and gave me their advice on the situation, their communication was amazing too.

When it came to putting in a new boiler again they were quick, efficient and tidy. And one of the best quotes we received.

Old boiler given up the ghost. Scott called round on Friday night and sent quote at 8pm. Scott collected the new boiler on Monday morning job done by 2pm.

Our relic back boiler packed up in early November and we went into panic mode! I contacted Scofi and within a few days we had an inspection and competitive quote for a replacement combi boiler. We were so impressed with the service received so far, it was a no-brainer to go ahead with using Scofi - and we’re so glad we did! Jack and Joe did a superb installation. They were always on time, neat and tidy and gave us updates throughout the install. And we already have our first annual service booked in! Scofi are absolutely brilliant and we won’t be using anyone else to look after the heating in our home. Thanks again Mags, Scott, Jack and Joe

After using Scofi for a new boiler in the summer, we returned to get a quote to move a couple of radiators. We had this quoted around 4 years ago from another plumber, however Scofi was over 40% cheaper!
All booked in, the plumber was polite, courteous, efficient and extremely tidy in his work.
Two radiators moved, one under floorboards one piped along wall, all within a few hours. Job done.

This is the second time I've used Scofi for a boiler installation. Both times they have been excellent. They were quick to come out and quote, gave a competitive price and did the job within a week. On the day they turned up on time, did the job really well, left the house tidy and finished on time as expected. Highly recommended.

The guys were very efficient. They got started as soon as they arrived and didn't stop after that. The almost impenetrable walls of my house could have been a problem but they got through it. And they were always happy to answer my silly questions. Very happy with the work done.

We’ve used Scofi for 2 boiler installations now, both done to a high professional standard. They visit and quote within a day or two of calling and install within two weeks. This was a revelation after months of struggling to get classic installers interested.
Scofi, however are not brick workers, not carpenters. If there is renovation work after boiler installation, best get someone else to do the renovation part.

Fast good quality job and for a good price

A very good company to use if you need a boiler replaced. Scott gave us a price for 2 different boilers. We accepted one and Joe installed the boiler the next day. He was a polite, very fast, clean worker who made sure we were completely happy with his work before he left.

Scott , team and Mags have all been wonderful over a very stressful 9 days for me and them ! No heating or hot water and Scott tried to rectify by changing various parts . At each visit ( numerous over the nine days ) Scott , Joe and Jack remained committed to finding and rectifying the fault … conscientious and all reassuring me that they’d find and rectify the fault . Today was successful and I am warm and cosy . Thank you so very much Scott and team

From first contact to completion of work Scofi have been awesome. Their quotation system is slick and easy to edit, finalise and approve. Everyone involved was very professional, helpful and easy to get along with. New boiler installation was completed recently and the work is of a very high standard. What was a mess of older plumbing and wiring is now a seamless and clean install. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again, in future.
