Been in southport store and was served by a lovely man called Robert who let us test ride scoter for my dad to buy it lovely customer service and helpful man

Farnworth store - I initially rang with a stock query, Lyndsey checked whether they had the item in any of the stores. We visited the store later in the day and Lyndsey was great, she gave sound advice on the best scooter to meet my dad’s needs. She showed me how to take the scooter apart and put it back together. She also helped me load it into my car. Lyndsey was very good with my dad too.
There are disabled parking spaces on the road close to the shop, which was very helpful.

I can’t recommend this shop more. Robert is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone in a couple of times for advice without purchasing and he was really patient with me. I prefer to see items and touch them rather than shop on line. The personal touch is more important than trying to save a few pounds. I also prefer to keep the local economy going. Try it you will be very pleased.

Lyndsey at Farnworth Scootamart goes beyond the call of duty to help. I bought my scooter a year ago and when I called into to renew my warranty she knew who I was by recall. It is nice to be more than a number in a book. They can't do enough whether it is just advice or a purchase. Cheerful people like Lyndsey make businesses work. She is a pleasure. So even if a scooter is only a thought pop in and see Lyndsey. There will be no pressure to buy just all the help and advice you could hope for. Meeting Lyndsey at Farnworth Scootamart changed my life. Thanks Lyndsey.

went into the Farnworth shop today with my mum who has walking difficulties and was looking for a scooter that she can take on a plane with her. As soon as we walked into the shop we was greeted and offered help from Lyndsey, as we had no clue she came over straight away and offered her assistance she was very friendly and funny we had a laugh and my mum came away with a scooter that she was happy with we traded her old scooter in as she never used it due to it being too big and bulky for her. This one is an edrive power folding (7seconds) removable battery and airline friendly. Thanks alot Lyndsey for all your help

Visited Scootamart in Farnworth. Lyndsey was very helpful and cheerful. Pleasant nature, we had a good laugh. Impressed with the Scooter i purchased. Delivery is free and Lyndsey came with my scooter. Gave instructions how to use. Very glad i went to Scootamart. Thanks Lyndsey ..

We were visiting Southport for the day, and dropped in to ScootaMart for a look around. Many thanks to Rob for his patience, and helpful advice regarding our purchase of a mobility scooter. We will certainly be back very soon!

Not for the first time, Dan and Sam in the workshop at Scootamart Preston came up trumps last week when Wendy’s powerchair needed an urgent repair. We didn’t buy it from Scootamart, but on 3 separate occasions now, when we have needed help they have sorted things out and fixed things for us quickly, cheerfully and at very reasonable cost. Without them we would have been seriously stuck. Excellent service, strongly recommended.

Bought a mobility scooter from Lyndsey at the Farnworth shop, she was great, really helpful and nothing was a problem, even when I rang back asking about covers etc so helpful.

every time we visit be it to purchase an item or to arrange a service or even to phone up all the staff are the most polite & courteous we have ever had the pleasure to deal with , nothing is to much trouble there is never a problem only a solution , it is a pity we can not give more than a 5 star rating because they all deserve far higher , long may this company trade

Brought my Power chair in for repair after countless other companies failed. The guys really knew there stuff and fixed it better than its ever been, very pleased!

I was in Salford and came across the mobility shop there. I went in to look at mobility scooters and got chatting with the man who worked there. I told him i needed a large scooter and he showed me 5 or 6 that he had in the store. He told me all about them and the prices. I didn't have enough money but he explained about the motability scheme and how i could rent one through my mobility money. He even came to my house to make sure it fit in the door. Many thanks.
