Ryan from the Warrington store on Buttermarket Street, went above and beyond with his help. I have a few medical conditions that had to be considered when purchasing a new mobility scooter suitable for transportation via car using a hoast. Ryan ensured the scooter was of the correct size for my height , so that I do not get cramp. I got me demo scooters to compare and drive. Ryan is an asset to the shop with his friendly , welcoming personality. I am very happy with my GoGo Revo scooter. Thank you Ryan.

When visiting the leigh store with my Nan recently Aaron was extremely helpful and couldn’t of done more to help us. We both didn’t really know what we were looking for but aaron was extremely knowledgable and offered all the advice he could he is a real credit to your company.

My sister and I had a great experience in the Bury store with Andrew.

After an excellent consultation she was recommended the Pride Alumalite and it's been perfect for her... It’s unbelievably light yet very robust!

Not only was the pre-sales care top-notch, Andrew followed up with a call after delivery to ensure everything was OK.

I have just been into the Leigh branch of scootamart to make enquiries about buying a wheelchair I was assisted by Aaron who was polite,well mannered and very knowledgeable. I’m in the need for wheelchair as waiting for knee op so felt a little embarrassed about needing one so young etc but Aaron treated me with complete discretion and made me feel comfortable. As I explained to Aaron I don’t feel as I need one just yet but I know I will need one soon and I will have no hesitation in going straight back to Aaron at Scootamart to complete my purchase. I would highly recommend Aaron and scootamart to anyone that was in need of any mobility needs due to him being so knowledgeable and him being so discreet to peoples needs.

My daughter needed a scooter to help her be a bit more independent. We had heard of the shop in Bury and decided to try there. We found Andrew who dealt with us very friendly, helpful and informative. He showed us the scooter that would best suit my daughter's needs & she was able to have a practice run on it. Although only a small shop, they are big on customer service & wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to go there. They also sell other aids for disabilities

I became disabled five years ago and started looking for somewhere to get an electric wheelchair, I live in Liverpool and couldn't find anyone suitable who knew what they where talking about so I went into Scootamart in Lord Street Southport, the guy there was brilliant and couldn't of been better clued up. I got my chair through them and wouldn't go anywhere else, they are the best people to use and nothing is too much trouble. If Southport is your nearest branch ask for Rob he gets things done for you in no time.

Brilliant service from young lad Aaron I think at the leigh shop, he went above and beyond for us and would 100% recommend to anybody looking to buy a scooter or a power chair, he had a great selection of scooters in the shop, also has onsite services and repairs unlike other mobility shops in the area and he was very knowledgeable about the products.

what if i pick up the parts cos i have a friend who works up and down the country. i suppose you will come up with some cock and bull story. watch this space readers

I got a new scooter before Christmas from scootamart. I dealt with a lovely guy in the Southport branch first. He got me my perfect scooter. Love it. After a couple of weeks my mirror fell off so I spoke with the Preston branch about getting it fixed. The lady ( Amanda, I think ) went above and beyond to get me a replacement scooter while they fixed my minor fault. She actually got me the same make as mine. A nice fella has just brought it for me. Explained everything to me and was delightful. I would definitely recommend this company if your wanting a mobility scooter. Keep up the great work you lovely people.

My wife needed a good quality walking stick. We visited the Salford Shopping City store and were assisted by Barry. He provided knowledgeable service and gave excellent advice. I believe he’d been on a training course for disability and use of appropriate aids.My wife chose a gel handled, adjustable, aluminium stick as she also has problems with her wrists.It also folds up compactly for travel. In use, she’s very pleased with it so, an excellent choice. Many thanks Barry.

Fast delivery when hired through mobility scheme. What they call a service is someone cleaning your scooter and spraying a bit of lubricant. After reporting a fault they pick up quickly. After that they don`t communicate at all. Even after phoning them they don`t get back to you. Not what I call good customer service.

Excellent service and great advice from Sandra and Garrick at Cleveleys store. I have purchased a raise and recliner chair, powerchair, smal chair that can be taken apart and put in the car or used indoors. I also rent a mobility scheme powerchair and many other items from Sandra and Garrick. Big thank you to all at scootamart

I mistakely reviewed another mobility shop based outside the Fylde Coast in error back in October 2019. They reported the review as I had mentioned the Cleveleys shop and knew it weren't them. Below is the origioal review. Sorry I got confused with the company name.

I received excellent customer service from Sandy at the Cleveleys shop. Great value for money. I probably won't need to buy another mobility product as it does what I need it for (using it to store balloons etc. as I'm a pedlar which is selling on the street). Otherwise I would be a returning customer.
