I bought scooter from here and really happy with it excellent value for money and well built.and I will give ten out of ten for customer service as if any issues I just contacted them and issues resolved no hassle at all and I would and will recommend this supplier to anyone

What a beautiful scooter the Dark Knight is, big motor but not too heavy. Very fast and nippy, great off road scooter that gets your heart beat racing.
Ordered on line via scooteuk website which was very easy to do and 3 days later the director of scooteuk personally dropped it off. I would not hesitate in recommending scooteuk to family and friends. A++++++

Great peace of kit. Very good breaks.
Few negatives to add: handle bars could have adjustable height option as I find them bit too low, the horn should be loader. The range is no where near as advertised.
But over all I’m happy with my purchase.

Very powerful scooter and excellent costumer service when I reached them regarding my order. The delivery even came a day earlier that expected due to these being delivered by UPS.

This company is fantastic 5⭐️
Spending £700 on a scooter I was extremely sceptical, and I had a lot of (mum) questions
So I rang and spoke to Josh.

His customer service & knowledge was second to none he was extremely helpful.

Knowing they also sell spare parts on the website was a bonus for me too.

I felt confident and happy to buy online. I paid via the pay pal option for extra peace of mind.
I paid at 1 o clock in the afternoon and Josh personally delivered the scooter that evening to my house! (I actually live local to the depot)

Now that’s top customer service!!!

My son unpacked his scooter ( this was packaged very safely and secure) and the grin from ear to ear makes it all worth while.

Anyone thinking of buying a high end scooter, look no further than these guys, I would highly recommended them.

Bought a scooter at Christmas that came broke, then received a second one also broke and I’m still waiting on a third from January, received no contact from them and have a very upset son still waiting on his Christmas present

Came in wrong colour , back tire flat , within 1 day of riding the grip on the back of the deck has fallen off also says on the website it reaches 50kph when it maxes at 40 also the battery display is very unreliable and skips from bar to bar other than that its nice and fast n good looking

The scoote team had good communication, there was a delivery issue but they kept me updated at all times. The scooter has now arrived and it is in good condition, can't wait to give it a try!
