I have excellent relations with the company; with their new discord channel, they resolve my concerns quickly and on time, and my images are sold to other partners, so my earnings increase every month.

I made the mistake of purchasing a LIFETIME one fee membership to this company back in 2019. Then two years later out of the blue they started charging my card each month! I have been unable to get them to stop billing me through my Visa. Visa tells me to work with the merchant. The Merchant, Scopio fails to credit my account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH these people. They are CROOKS!

After 2 years of work and thousands of pictures uploaded and 1400$ earned my account got locked with no reason and the support doesn't reply back, i have been removed even on discord with their new nft project after one of their members told me that my pictures have been found elsewhere on the internet even though it's stated they don't keep the exclusive licence, he asked me to contact the support by email for further help, it's a great scam .
I've been locked out of my account…
I've been locked out of my lifetime account for 18 days, with no help in sight. Password change does nothing. I did get one email back saying they were working on it, but further emails have gone unanswered. Customer service gets Two Thumbs Down from me.
This deal seemed too good to be true...
EDIT ---
So I finally got a hold of the CEO, and after she gave me the run-around for about a week, I finally got some answers.
In a nutshell: Standard License is unlimited web use.
Extended License permits up to 100k for print use.
*************
I bought a 1-year subscription for the standard AND extended license via DealFuel. I've been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone in Customer Service, and all my emails have been ignored. I finally reached someone through Instagram, but they're giving me the runaround.
All I want to know is: what is the print usage for the Extended License? For the Standard License, it's 100,000 usages, but the rep on IG says that's wrong. How's that wrong? It's stated on YOUR license page!
Am I misreading something?
Contributor, run away
Nine months I ask to suppress my images,
nine months I hear "thank you for your patience",
nine months and my images are still on the website.
If your are a contributor, RUN AWAY !

After 2 years they start charging me again (solved)
I've bought a "lifetime" subscription 2 years ago. Now they start charging me again. Reading the rest of the reviews here, this platform should best be avoided...
EDIT: The company refunded the charged amount. All good.

Deleting an account is impossible
For 2 months, I'm trying to delete my contributor account because all the pictures I uploaded are still in review, and nothing happens. I'm waiting months... The customer service doesn't answeres my messages. I highly recommend avoiding this platform.

Scopio's Poor Treatment of its Image Contributors.
As an image contributor expect little help when it comes to payment issues. Scopio have not helped whatsoever in resolving a payment issue on their website which I first contacted them about 3 months ago. Absolutely poor service, and the worst I have ever dealt with across all the platforms I use to sell photos.
*EDIT
Their reply below shows how tough it is to get help. All we want is good communication and help but they're advertising crypto payment instead. I had another pay issue since I wrote this review and contacted them several times and got no response. Nothing to do with Paypal either, it was for sales not reflecting on my payout and I never got paid for it. I enquired about it and got nothing back. Abysmal.

Really bad platform and support
Really bad platform and support. After seeing the ridiculous% on the sale of many of my photographs, I have been requesting deletion for months, requested not to use and sell my photographs anymore and instead they continue without my permission.
Absolutely not recommended for photographers who want to sell their photographs.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I got involved in the project in there early days, and made the terrible mistake of uploading many of my high end images to there site. Today they wiped all access I had to my images, removed all my earnings and still have my images uploaded for commercial use. It’s been nearly 3 months since I’ve tried to get ahold of a human besides there “Dana from Scopio” bot. Definitely a scam, would never recommend this to anyone. In fact iv been thinking about getting legal action against them.
From a contributor perspective
From a contributor perspective. I regret getting involved. Started with them when they were very new. Commissions are extremely low and not worth it for me compared to other agencies. I have been asking for about a year to have my few images removed and they refuse to do it. They instead keep licensing them for cheap. Communication is poor and there is no way for me to close my account on their site. This is one of the poorest run start ups I have seen.

Free Trial Cancelled, Charged, Scop.io will not Respond
I was offered a free trial by Scop.io. I canceled before the end date but was charged. Worse, Scop.io will not respond. After contacting Scop.io billing 10 times by Email, Instagram, Website Contact Form, and Facebook I received one canned response. Scop.io has no phone number listed either. It is impossible to get in touch with Scop.io billing.
I am really surprised by this type of treatment. I have no other option but to start a dispute through my credit card which is a big hassle and frustrating.
Shame on Scop.io for treating consumers so poorly. I can understand mistakes, system glitches, etc, but refusing to even discuss with a customer, and outright ignoring is a big concern resembling a scam.
Scop.io appears to be an illegitimate company to me. I do not recommend them to anyone. There are many other photo solutions that are very similar with great ratings, reviews, and trust. Don't take the risk with Scop.io.

A contributor's point of view
From a contributor's point of view it seems promising - but it has a lot of issues.
The review process is far too long (quoted two weeks but it is longer - I've not had any reviews without prompting support).
The number of downloads and views changes weekly not in real time. Earnings is only updated monthly.
Model release information is very hit and miss - doesn't seem to work at all for minors.
The captions and keywords are not read from the exif information in the file. Instead the site tries to identify what's in the image itself!. Unsurprisingly it's mostly wrong so you have to update the caption and information yourself - this also doesn't change in real time you have to wait days for the information to be updated.
On the plus side sales looks very encouraging although the response from support has been sketchy.
Update: They finally ran the update for paying contributors (in May for images sold in Feb). They've also vastly improved the keywords and captions process. Still very buggy but getting there.
Questionable customer service
Questionable customer service. No replies to e-mails. Scopio just continue sending e-mails on the same topic, disregarding my replies. Any real people working in this company?
Terrible service
Terrible service. No one responds to their live chat, or Facebook messenger. And talking to them via email is like talking to a donut. Not to mention that photo selection is hardly considered good. Better off with 123rf, istock or anything else out there. Scop.io claims they are fully founded by women and they use it as a marketing gimmick, their customer service however is totally a disgrace to that gender.
I purchased a "Lifetime subscription" but cannot redeem it
Their instructional video shows how to redeem the subscription code and in the real registration form the field where you enter the code is missing. Then I was informed by support there's fine print attached to the purchase that I wasn't aware of (wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase) that it's for new subscribers only. They suggested using a new email address.
Welp, I AM a NEW subscriber and still can't redeem what I paid for. Using ANY email address. I'm done. I just want my money back one way or another at this point.
I purchased a "Lifetime subscription" but am asked to pay
I purchased a "Lifetime subscription" when this was offered several months ago. This was meant to give me free access to all images in the library. For a while I was able to download images. Then they updated the system to include new features (which weren't included in the Lifetime sub), and now I am asked to pay for every image when I try to download it. I have contacted support three times asking them to fix this, and gotten no response every time. Pretty disappointing.
