Efficient, friendly and competent installation work carried out as agreed. Of course we won't know how effective the technology and service is unless the car is stolen! Hopefully we will never find out.

We were told we would receive a call on…
We were told we would receive a call on the morning of the installation but this did not happen. We had to chase twice in order to get a timeslot for the installation. Other than that the gentlemen doing the installation were extremely polite, efficent and tidy

Unit was fitted behind a plastic trim ,pulled the trim off to connect something to my battery and there it was ,to make matters worse the tracker unit had a plug ,very disappointed, anyone could nick my bike in seconds and just unplug the unit ,not happy

Helpful salesman sold us equipment. Said the fitter would give us a ring when he was en route but the fitter says that never happens as they do not get this information! However fitter was great and we are liking the security the equipment is giving us.

Great service from Scorpion Subscriptions
Just spoke to the Scorpion Subscriptions team. As always a 5 star experience on how they treat their existing customers. Also I love their app. We have a Porsche which has a Vodafone tracker. The car is 12 years old and there is no app support and Vodafone have stopped their 24 hour call line to allow you to notify them when going abroad. A very poor service compared to Scorpion. Hence why we will have no hesitation fitting another Scorpion tracker to our next campervan.
