Great service, excellent product, Shampoo and Paint Protector best on market, regular use 2 or 3 times a week really brings a great shine to your car plus the protection leaves a good water beading which lasts for months.The cars that I use the product on are Bentleys and Range Rovers so it has to be the best.

Always buy Scott's car cleaning products by far the best the air freshener lasts a good few days before you need to reapply
And it's a great smell

Part 1 You have asked me to review my experience when you haven't even delivered the items to me yet. As you are aware you sent me an email stating you would not be posting it out until the 5th January 2026.

Part 2 . Scotts Trading have decided to fully refund me for my order which although there was no need as I was simply puzzled as to why I was asked to provide a review when I haven't received it yet. This was a surprise, a pleasant one at that and shows what great customer service is. Hence I have updated my experence

The service I recently received from Scott’s Trading was excellent. I initially called through with my query and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff (Diane) who talked through my query and asked me to submit the relevant details to initiate a claim for the stained car seats. My query was handled very quickly and assigned a claim reference. I received contact from the valeting company who subsequently carried out a professional clean on the seats and reapplied the Safeguard application for future protection. The individual who came out to valet was also extremely courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them, the same can be said for Scott’s Trading. I would highly recommend the Safeguard product and Scott’s Trading to anyone and will have the application applied to my next vehicle purchase.

Excellent service. We had a stain appear on the front passenger seat. Contacted ScottsTrading. They processed our claim quickly. The technician sorted the stain efficiently. The seat looks as it did when it was new. Would highly recommend this company.

My granddaughters had made a mess of my car's seats and Scotts Trading valeting cleaned the seats and made them like brand new. I am extremely happy with the results.

I contacted Scotts Trading as i had Birdlime damage to my car. This was all sorted with an excellent result.

I bought a can of upholstery cleaner and the nozzle was faulty and I was therefore unable to use the cleaner.
I emailed Scott’s Training and told them . Within a couple of days a new can of cleaner arrived at my home by post.
The cleaner is excellent - and so is the company . 🥰

Would not bother with getting paint protection. Brought this a few years ago with my wife’s Renault Clio. The spoiler went dis coloured a few years later. We tried to claim and was told just by the photos that we sent that we must have already had this re-sprayed. which was definitely not the case. We had not had anything done to the car. So they will try and get out of anything if they can. I have purchased a car for myself since then and was asked if I wanted this package. You can definitely say I declined.

I have contacted Scotts Trading for a couple of stains on my seats. ( A Taxi ) . They always contact in advance to arrange a suitable time / Date to do the job.
Always courteous , and pleasant staff. Always a good job.
