Excellent service - highly recommended

The service I recently received from Scott’s Trading was excellent. I initially called through with my query and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff (Diane) who talked through my query and asked me to submit the relevant details to initiate a claim for the stained car seats. My query was handled very quickly and assigned a claim reference. I received contact from the valeting company who subsequently carried out a professional clean on the seats and reapplied the Safeguard application for future protection. The individual who came out to valet was also extremely courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them, the same can be said for Scott’s Trading. I would highly recommend the Safeguard product and Scott’s Trading to anyone and will have the application applied to my next vehicle purchase.

Quick delivery, poor customer service

Items were delivered quickly enough but the after-sales customer service was shocking. That coupled with the fact that you have to pay for returns. This experience has put me off from shopping with HOF again which is a shame

Following on from a recent review of shipping and returns processes and pricing,
it’s been decided that due to the ever-increasing logistics and fulfilment costs
we need to introduce a returns shipping charge in the UK. We have kept this
charge as low as possible at £4.99. 

We’re committed to continuing to deliver our products in the UK and
internationally, with the world-class service our customers have come to know
and love, and to do this we have to carry out regular reviews of costs and
sometimes this results in an increase in delivery and returns charges.

Excellent service

Panther delivered an exchange on behalf of The Bike Club and I cannot recommend the driver highly enough. Very friendly and respected social distancing. The email update advised that the delivery would be delayed however, the driver actually turned up earlier than expected and phoned ahead to let me know when he was close by. The driver patiently waited for me to find an allen key to loosen the handlebars of the bike we were returning and was extremely courteous. A true credit to the organisation and a great representative. Would not hesitate to use this company again based on this experience. 5 stars
