Still waiting for my iPad to come back

Still waiting for my iPad to come back. This is my 6 year olds Christmas present and according to the advertised timescales should have been repaired and back by now. They don’t answer there emails and their phone number goes straight to voicemail where it tells you that you can’t leave a message as the voicemail is full. I am very worried and am starting to think this company is a scam.

Do not use this company!!!!

I did not get my phone back! It has been more then a week and they haven’t send my iPhone 6 back! I have tried to e-mail them several times, but no response! Furious now, as this phone was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, but I feel now that they have stolen my phone! I will have to take further action and report this company!

TERRIBLE SERVICE: DO NOT USE!!!!

I sent my I pad to be fixed nearly 4 weeks ago. I've emailed several times with no reply and I'm starting to lose faith. I feel as though I've been scammed. A simple email response to update me is not a lot to ask if they are busy but to just be ignored is a disgrace.

Think twice before sending anything to this lot. I'm going to contact the police if I don't hear anything back this week.

DISGRACEFUL scammers

DISGRACEFUL scammers! My husbands phone has apparently vanished. Luckily we have an excellent solicitor! I suggest we get a reply within the next 24 hours or matters will escalate quickly. DON’T use this service!!! Whoever wrote the good reviews have probably received all of the phoned you have stolen!!

PLEASE READ!! AWFUL COMPANY

ORDER #6626SF

29.08 - Paid £194.98 to have a cracked screen (on a fully working) Ipad Pro replaced.

29 x emails (2 replies) and 31 x telephone messages (no call backs as promised) later and I have a faulty iPAD Pro returned to me on 26.09. This was 4 weeks instead of 2-5 days!!!!

03.10 - Paid another £15 to send my iPAD Pro tracked to get another screen replace under there "warranty"

I know some of you probably think I'm crazy after my first experience! However, I have a £990 IPAD that is worthless....

14 x emails and 11 x telephone calls - no responses or call backs this time and my iPAD Pro is retunred with a damaged home screen button which has now made the iPAD uselss/worthless and cannot be used.

I opened a case with Paypal and they offer me a 10% refund!! £19.49 - this wouldn't even cover the two sets of postage fees I've had to pay out let alone £990 I have to pay for a new device.

They asked me to return the IPAD...NO CHANCE this time!
It's like burning money let alone the stress levels!

Useless company along with terrible customer services.
AVOID at ALL costs, as you'll end up just buying a new IPAD.

Awful service

Awful service - order #11599SF

I sent this device over a week ago, it says on their confirmation email will have it back to you in 3-5 days and will constantly update you throughout the repair service. I am yet to receive my device back and have had no updates on the repair process. I have tried emailing (no response), phoning (no one ever answers) and using the contact us section on the website (no response). I am worried the phone has been lost/stolen and so have tried to activate find my iphone, only for the phone to be switched off and disconnected from the internet. Please respond to this review or one of my emails or I will be forced to contact the police.

Don't waste your money here it's a joke

I sent my ipad for a screen repair last month. Didn't get any contact from them to confirm my order, started to panic thinking it was a scam until the "free" mail in pack arrived 10 days later (its just a flat piece of cardboard, you still have to pay for postage which I don't think was made clear). I got an email 5 days later saying my ipad had been repaired and I would be contacted again when it was ready. That email never came. I tried emailing them multiple times in the interim and got no response. The ipad was returned with the home button damaged. I called to make a complaint and was told it was because of the glue they used and that it could be fixed by pressing the button really hard. It's now been a month and the button is still broken but I can't call to complain because the phone line won't let you speak to anyone or leave a message, and I've sent 2 emails which have been ignored.

Absolutely terrible service, would never recommend to anybody.

AVOID at all costs - You have been warned.

AVOID at all costs. I sent my iPad for repair on the 27th Nov. I am still waiting for it to be returned and it's the 17th Dec now. Tried to call them on their number 01923 590197, select any of the options and you still CANNOT leave a message. You can try calling this number yourself if you do not believe me... Totally unacceptable service. Such a shame.... Still awaiting a response from them..

I have also not been able to get in…

I have also not been able to get in contact with then regarding my son"s iPad. They have had it for over 2 weeks. Anyone know where to go from here?
I have contacted a company called resolve I saw on the money saving expert site and watchdog to see if they can help.

Poor.

Update: I still have not recieved my phone after 6 weeks. Has anyone recieved an iPhone 8??

Reading other peoples recent replies I am starting to worry that my phone isn't coming back. It was received by Screenfixers over 7 working days ago, via special delivery. They claimed, the day they receive it, is the day they send it back. I do not believe most of the reviews. Phone line is useless, no email replies. Would not use again.

Have been waiting nearly two weeks to

Have been waiting nearly two weeks to get my phone back. Phone line does not work. Emails are not replied to. Starting to think half of the good reviews on here are fake. How can communication be so bad? Do not trust.

Update: so I had decided to travel to Rickmansworth to find out what the delay was after I had sent them my phone over 2 weeks ago. I got there to find my phone had been fixed for a while. I asked them what was the delay? why don’t you pick up your phones or reply to emails? I was told that they are extremely busy but I told them this is unacceptable that a business is running this way and that their communication levels are really poor. The man I spoke to was very apologetic. My phone appears fixed for now.

I find it terrible that I had to travel all the way there to collect my phone when they told me it would have been sent back to me a week ago, it put me at a major inconvenience so I’m not sure that I will be using this service again.

unable to contact!

Apparently my phone was repaired within a day or so receiving but I’ve had no further contact regarding dispatch back to me. That was 9 days ago!!!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I have repeatedly sent emails and used their website message service to attempt contact but no response. Not sure what to do now. DO NOT USE.

Update. A day of emails and phone calls and still no reply. I can only assume you have stolen my phone therefore I will be reporting you to the police. Send my phone back to me either with the the new screen, screen protector and new battery as already paid for or refund my money and send my phone back to me in the condition in which it was sent to you (cracked screen, but still functioning otherwise). I have a solicitor primed and ready to act if I do not get a reply within 24 hrs.

Thoroughly recommended

Found Screen Fixers online, when my iPhone screen was damaged. Sent the phone & had it returned within a week. Excellent service, communication was top notch and the phone is now like new. Thoroughly recommend this company.
