Very quick service and very happy with the result. Great communication too.

Screen fixers emailed me at 11am to tell me they’d received my iPad then emailed me again just before 1 to tell me it was already fixed and ready to be sent back. Amazing fast and professional service. By the time you take off the free return postage, hourly wage rate and parts costs I have no idea how they do it for the money. Don’t even waste your time looking for another company or thinking about doing the repair yourself. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Brilliant !!

From packing device to receiving it back took only 3 business days and was stress free and super cost effective

I am getting very concerned now.
All my messages are being ignored.
I am very concerned with your most recent feedback stating people waiting two weeks for their phone.
This was not what was advertised.
My phone should already be on it’s way back.
I have supplied my passcode for access to my phone and I am really not happy about it. Lack of response is just not acceptable.
Yes a busy time of year if they can use that as an excuse, however two days of blanking emails there is no excuse.

I have been waiting weeks for my iPad to be returned. I am getting no response to my emails. If I don’t receive my iPad back before Christmas in full working order (or my iPad back and a full refund) I will be taking action against the company. Do not use this company.

Had to wait 3 days even though I requested while you wait service. Phone number is useless - nobody answers. Didn’t respond to emails. Finally got my device but screen now has dead spots. Not happy

After 2 weeks I haven't had my phone back. I am leaving the country tomorrow and I will be away for 3 week, Now i am forced to buy a new one. I begged them to sent my phone back...
Do not trust them... you won't have your phone back

Sent phone over 2 weeks ago still hasn't been sent back and my emails have been ignored. I also can't access my account as it says my email doesn't exist

I sent out my phone for a new screen. Received an email for receipt and phone being fixed but i have yet not received my phone back after 15 days.
I am not sure where my phone is ???
I am getting reslly concerned now as there has been no reply to two emails and enquiry form on the website.

Fast service, quality screen, great price, and an excellent tempered screen protector fitted to boot. Cannot recommend enough, kids now extremely happy with a hand me down which is like new, too them. Would use again and recommend

STILL waiting for my phone to be returned despite the same day service being advertised (it was a broken screen that's all) - still not back NINE days after they received it... Can not get a response from Screenfixers despite leaving three messages on the customer service line and sending numerous emails.. Would NEVER recommend them. I'd rather pay the extra and have it fixed by professionals.

I was expecting to be without the phone for a few days as all done via post. They kept me informed, excellent service at a bargain price!

Avoid - iPad touch screen is intermittent probably down to cheap inferior screen. Been trying to get this fixed without success for last few weeks. Won’t cover full postage for returning iPad. Colleague at work had same problems but only found out afterwards! :-(

Second time I have used them. Very happy with repairs carried out, cost and overall time taken.

(After clumsily smashing the bejesus out of it) I paid £35 to have my lcd screen and glass repaired/replaced on my iphone 6s ...ordered the free secure packaging which is easy to use and sent it special delivery.
I was notified at every stage (receipt of phone, repair, dispatch) of the process . The phone came back good as new , which for £35 I think is great value so very happy and just relieved I was able to keep my phone without needing to buy a new one or enter into a money sucking contract (I use giffgaff).

Only negative thing I found was the timescale of the total process -
Between paying and ordering, waiting for the packaging and then waiting for the phone to come back ..it took 2 weeks. If you can get by without the phone for that long that great, but I was getting a little impatient in the second week I think it's helpful for people to know the total timescale of things before agreeing to pay for the service. (Maybe if you want the phone back asap, it's worth not bothering ordering the packaging and just find some yourself to send special and secure delivery because that step in itself took a good few days)
