I had problem with my order and thought it would be lost because it was stuck in the Custom clearence process.
Summer knew the situation and told me that it can take up to a working week.
So i was more chilled about the situation.
Today one day later my Order finished the custom clearence process and everything was fine

So very good experience and more kinder custom service

I was unsure of the sizing due to the size guide measurements, but after contacting customer service they were able to give a bespoke recommendation.

EDIT: I got a defective hat and we had a little miscommunication but they were extremely patient in the face of my frustration. The team/CS reps seem to genuinely care and are willing to work with you to resolve issues.

This will be the third hat I have from them and they are def my favorites, this isnt some fast fashion instagram trash. They make high quality clothing with sick designs.

I requested a return, on a jacket that didn’t fit me.
Bit of a lengthy process to ship it back but oh well. Then I encountered a problem when I hadn’t heard anything, from either the shipping company, or SCRT. I reached out to SCRT, and within 2 days everything was sorted out, and I am getting my money back.
All in all, great service. Very quick and reliable
