The founder answered my customer query personally and was very helpful with sizing and stock advice. Knowing that I was worried my order might be late for my anniversary, Tom the founder dropped it off in person to my house. I was so so grateful, impressed and touched. Amazing.

I've bought a couple of tees and an amazing skeletal-hand jumper from SCRT over the last year and have always been impressed with a) the designs and b) the quality. Their stuff is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Whenever I'm out I often get people asking where they're from, which I can't say is something I'm used to..!

In mid-May I purchased a La Chimera tee, which after a week still hadn't arrived and Royal Mail just said was awaiting delivery. The team at SCRT were great, and explained that even though it was very obviously not going to arrive, I'd need to wait thirty working days before they could declare it as lost with Royal Mail and replace it. As if on cue, when 30 days had passed I emailed and received an immediate response from the ace Aaron offering a replacement or a refund, and the former was promptly shipped out after I filled out a short form.

Fantastic customer service, and the whole experience has been painless and smooth where many brands would tell you to get stuffed.

Bought from this store multiple times now because not only do they have wonderful and unique film merch catered to some great films but every transaction has been a joy. They keep me informed of every step of the purchase and items have always arrived exactly when they said they would and well packaged and secure. Absolutely love this store and their designs and quality. As a huge film buff, I have always wanted to buy tees and hoodies of my fave films, but unfortunately there was no place. Scrt is now my fave store :)
