its expensive for little tins. could you use sachets and save us some money

Excellent food which has totally sorted out my puppy’s sensitive stomach. I was in despair as no food cured the diarrhoea before this. Highly recommend this stuff is magic!!

We’ve recently started feeding our three cats Scrumbles and overall it’s been a big success. They particularly like the gravy varieties, and I’m pleased with the quality of the ingredients and that it’s a complete food.

We had an issue with a couple of damaged boxes in a recent delivery, but customer service responded promptly and has been helpful in dealing with it. It’s always reassuring when a company is easy to contact when something goes wrong.

Overall, really pleased with the food and we’ll continue buying it.

Great food which my dog loves. I'd love an option for larger dogs - bigger pieces which would stop my border collie wolfing it down so quickly (if he had to chew!). It's also very expensive and I can only afford to buy when there are offers on, but it is my preferred food to feed my diabetic dog as it's not full of cereals and higher in protein thank most dog food.

Terrible customer service when something goes wrong! I ordered a regular subscription from Scrumbles for my 2 cats. My latest delivery was due for delivery on 27 August by tracked 24 Royal Mail. It never arrived and the tracking still shows it's out for delivery on 27 August! I went to the sorting office to try and pick it up, only to be told they can't find it. I contacted Scrumbles to let them know the situation and ask for a resolution. Great conversation with Fin the AI Bot (not) and apparently a human called Brenda. All they keep saying is they have contacted the courier and are waiting to hear back from them. It's Royal Mail and they are not likely to respond for some time. Meanwhile, my contract is with Scrumbles, not Royal Mail. Scrumbles are refusing to either send an alternative package with another courier or refund me. I have had to go out to get more food for my cats and am currently £88.95 out of pocket thanks to Scrumbles lack of help or resolution. Scrumbles should re-send or refund and claim back from Royal Mail. I have been a loyal customer and feel completely let down. I am now going to have to find another supplier and go through the process of changing my cats' food gradually. Would not recommend! Fine when all is good - useless and unhelpful when things go wrong...

Update - I have now received a notification that the order is being sent and a new tracking number, which hasn't updated for over 24 hours and is showing the Royal Mail are expecting my parcel! No email from Scrumbles, no communication at all. They clearly haven't dispatched anything otherwise Royal Mail would have an update in tracking. They really don't care about their customers when there's an issue. No doubt they will claim from Royal Mail and not provide a refund.

Unfortunately I think the tins were too rich for my cat but she lives tge treats nd dental treats.

My dogs love the calming nibbles. Decided to order direct as item on offer, order sent very quickly and well packaged. Very happy with my first order.

We adopted a rescue cat 5 months ago. After experimenting with various tinned and dry cat food we stumbled upon Scrumbles. There has been no turning back. Belle loves it. Both tinned shredded chicken and biscuits. It's easy to order on line and delivery is efficient.

Monty my 12 year old Cockapoo loves Scrumbles. We have the wet food trays and there is always an empty bowl.
He's poops are super healthy and no more loud stomach noises or wind breakages.

Ordering is simply via the website and DPD always provide a fantastic delivery service.
