Been getting Scrumbles for over a year now. Our Sprocker loves it! We get the wet food and a bag of kibble delivered every month on their subscription service. Originally there were some teething problems, but a few areas have been acted upon and now its like an efficient machine! Thank you Scrumbles, Jasper loves every meal time and his coat is amazing.

Some of the best all around wet cat food. Between our cats, there’s sensitive tummies, more gum than teeth, picky, hairballs. Scrumbles meets these needs, no more diarrhea or lleftovers, and hairballs more easily expelled. One likes his with gravy, the other with jelly. They love all flavors of treats. However, the dry food is not for them, too big for them to chew.
Ordering is easy, shipment quick, well packaged. Trying the subscription service since grocery store prices can be higher (except sales) and availability is iffy.

Wish I’d discovered this sooner. It’s a little bit more pricey than Felix or Whiskas but it’s definitely worth it. 80% meat content as opposed to the standard 30% and no added grains and other crap. I’d also forgotten to apply a coupon at checkout but the customer service reimbursed me with a new code. 5⭐️

Super product, our doggies love it, and super fast delivery

There were ACTUAL PINWORMS. I can’t even imagine how they could let this happen. I pulled out a sleeve from a six pack there were pinworms on the packaging wriggling around. I didn’t even dare open the foil to see what was inside. I threw the entire six pack away along with all other packs that came with my subscription. I contacted the team right away on the website and someone’s yet to address it!

Easy to order online. Good variety of products. would like to order between the numbers offered in options. Delivery was fast and secure.

I am having an extremely great experience with Scrumbles, the food is delicious, I know cuz my cat tells me so….
I have never seen her eat her food with such enjoyment.
Well worth the money as every morsel is eaten.

My cat really loves this pate. I buy it because it’s low in carbs, no nasties and gut healthy for a girl with a very sensitive stomach.
It’s a moist pate with a very soft consistency.

Once the order goes through, it arrives in a couple of days. Guaranteed she eats it. Have returned to this subscription after trying same brand product from pet shop.

I bought Scrumbles pate from the pet shop but it’s nothing like the tinned one. Comes in sachets and the consistency is so much thicker - you could wallpaper with it. I’m using it up by leaving it out for the hedgehogs who manage it better. Same flavours, same colours, same description but definitely a different consistency / product sold to the big brand pet shop…. 🤔

Easy to order online. Good delivery time. I have also ordered from Pets at Home, but their site is not always easy to navigate and it can be very difficult to change a subscription. Not so with Scrumbles. I easily managed to both increase my order and change the date of delivery. I will only be using Scrumbles from now on.

We changed to Scrumbles as both our cats had gone right off their food. They’d lick the jelly off and leave the rest of it. We wanted something good quality without the very expensive cost.
Both our cats absolutely love the pate. They scoff it as soon as I put it down. The next day delivery option when you need it is brilliant and makes the subscription service really good value for money. Thanks Scrumbles. Keep up the great work!

I have anusual puppy a fussy lab called buddy but your salmon wet food and kibble he adores im on my second order and will most definatly subscribe when we get back from holuday, you can tell the difference in his coat and energy levels having a quality food.keep up the great work

My puppy wouldn't eat any other dog food I tried so far ,so i was pleased he does eat this at the moment ,I will order more in another flavour if he gets through this first supply!

Finally found a brand that my 17 year old cat likes and is not sick with and I have tried all of them including raw food

Terrible packaging and shocking customer serviceAbsolutely raging with this company. I bought a multi-pack of their tinned cat food and the metal ring pulls have snapped completely off on THREE separate tins now, making them nearly impossible to get into.When I messaged Scrumbles to tell them their packaging is faulty, they couldn't care less. No apology at all. They just demanded the batch numbers and told me I have to go deal with the supplier to get my money back. Shifting the blame onto a shop for a manufacturing defect that happened in their own factory is a joke.They’ve completely washed their hands of it and left me to deal with their mess. For a brand that pretends to be premium and caring, their customer service is non-existent. Waste of money and terrible attitude. Will never buy from them again.

My cat licks the gravy off the flakes of meat, which he leaves in the dish.

The dry Scrumbles cat food has proved a huge failure. I mix 5 different types of dry biscuits together for my cat, and I added Scrumbles biscuit to the mix. My cat dislikes the Scrumbles dry food so much that he fishes each tiny piece it out of his bowl and onto the kitchen floor.

Was easy to ordered items required.
Complete updates on order from ordering to it being delivered. Which only took 2 days to arrive.
