My puppy wouldn't eat any other dog food I tried so far ,so i was pleased he does eat this at the moment ,I will order more in another flavour if he gets through this first supply!

Finally found a brand that my 17 year old cat likes and is not sick with and I have tried all of them including raw food

Terrible packaging and shocking customer serviceAbsolutely raging with this company. I bought a multi-pack of their tinned cat food and the metal ring pulls have snapped completely off on THREE separate tins now, making them nearly impossible to get into.When I messaged Scrumbles to tell them their packaging is faulty, they couldn't care less. No apology at all. They just demanded the batch numbers and told me I have to go deal with the supplier to get my money back. Shifting the blame onto a shop for a manufacturing defect that happened in their own factory is a joke.They’ve completely washed their hands of it and left me to deal with their mess. For a brand that pretends to be premium and caring, their customer service is non-existent. Waste of money and terrible attitude. Will never buy from them again.

My cat licks the gravy off the flakes of meat, which he leaves in the dish.

The dry Scrumbles cat food has proved a huge failure. I mix 5 different types of dry biscuits together for my cat, and I added Scrumbles biscuit to the mix. My cat dislikes the Scrumbles dry food so much that he fishes each tiny piece it out of his bowl and onto the kitchen floor.

Complete updates on order from ordering to it being delivered. Which only took 2 days to arrive.

The delivery service is always great and on time. Customer service are always very helpful. Ordering is easy as is changing subscription items. The food,which is of a high quality, is always a firm favourite with Jackson and Myrtle ,I've never had to throw any away...ever!! We would highly recommend 👌

I and my cats are delighted with Scrumples - they just take are the worry out of the ordering and delivery and my cats love their food.

My cat loves this food brand. We have had trouble with others. Love how I can mix and match my wet food order so Elton doesn't get bored of the same food. Loves the dry kibble as well. Good quality food at good price . Delivery fast and effective 5*

September 26 delivery was perfect timing arriving the day before the previous order ran out. For the two previous months Golden Retriever Izabel had to eat the kibble belonging to her small terrier sister for a couple of days. Thank you to Fin for the helpful advice about timing future orders.

We just wanted to thank you for the difference you made to our cat Luffy. After a surgery and then a reaction to his injection, he was really struggling to gain weight like his litter mates. Initially we resorted to giving him baby cat food but knew this couldn’t continue so we tried scrumbles pate. I think you literally saved his life, but definitely our sanity. Excellent products as usual. There was a minor issue as a number of trays had been dented and one split during delivery - most likely through bad handling by the parcel firm, but Scrumbles customer services dealt with this quickly and efficiently.
