I initially ordered a set of 5 Scrunch Sacs not realising they were in $US dollars so contacted the company. I received a prompt reply from Chinnie who told me she would refund the difference between US and AUS dollars so I went ahead with the transaction. They arrived in Australia fairly quickly considering they came from overseas. The scrunch sacs themselves have been given to family and Friends as gifts and have been very well received. Thank you Scrunch Sac!

I cannot get any response to my inquiries about my order, which was placed November 26, 2021. I filled out the Contact Form on the website twice, and also tried email, Instagram, and Facebook. The last 3 only give an automated response telling you to use the Contact Form, but that's actually what I tried first. They took my money and sent the initial order confirmation, but that's the last I heard from them.

I was happy with product but disappointed when it converted to US dollars I wasn’t expecting that.
Fit everything in it well but the strings are extremely long ?
Colours & designs looked more vibrant on the FB add !

Waited weeks and had almost given up. My order just arrived and it’s a total joke.

Ordered 5 sacs - the only thing they got right was the qty.

Extremely disappointed since I got 5 Scrunchsacs in revolting colours and prints. Certainly not what I ordered - plus I was never sent an order confirmation and now I have to provide that. Even though I explained I’d never received one. Feeling totally ripped off 😡

I ordered one (order#2879). Money was taken from my bank account but I have not received the product nor an explanation. It’s been 3 weeks. I’m not happy.

I've been waiting for weeks now, to see my order arrive! I am in Canada, but it shouldn't take this long? Order# 97176...

Love my Scrunchsac. I bought 1 for me and 1 for each of my daughters. When I went to order these I didn't realize that the price was USD so didn't go ahead with it. I received an email to ask why I hadn't finished my order and told them I thought the price was AUD and I didn't want to pay that much. They told me to order them and they would refund the difference. This company always replied to my emails
promptly and after I received my order my refund was sent through. I have never dealt with such an efficient company. Top marks to you and I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you Abegail :)

This product is not as described on the website ("fabric") but made of polyester. The company appears to be in the USA but is actually in China. The returns policy on the website states a full refund will be made if the customer is not 100% satisfied. Within a day of receipt I requested an address to return the two scrunch sacs I had purchased, for a full refund. Initially the response was that only defective items are accepted for return. I pointed out the items are not as described and the returns policy offers a full no questions asked refund if requested within 30 days. Now there is no reply to my emails.
I had paid via Paypal, so contacted them. After their intervention I did get the refund, although it was a bit of a challenge, with Scrunchsac repeatedly asking me to confirm I wanted a refund and stating they would process it but not doing so. I eventually threatened to escalate the issue with Paypal and had a refund within 24 hours.

Very pleased with my scrunchsac purchase, the quality is better than I expected. There was a problem with my initial order however once contacted Scrunchsac resolved the issue with no difficulty. A very friendly and efficient service thank you.

It took more than expected to come, but it was definitely worth the wait! I have already gotten rid of all my other make up/ travel bags! It’s a must!!

There was a slight mishap with the delivery meaning it was sent back to sender, however when I got into contact the customer service team rectified the issue almost immediately and resent the item out free of charge to a different address. Great service and the product is also great

Minor defect with my Scrunchsac. Customer service was very quick at fixing the problem and send me a replacement right away.

Had a minor hiccup with first purchase. Customer service was great! responsive and cooperative. I have purchased many sacs for different purposes and they have been awesome so far!

I ordered two ScrunchSac excitedly but upon receiving them I was missing a ball clamp from one sac. I sent an email about the missing ball clamp via email and was immediately responded to and in 10-14 days received a new bag, which was quite unexpected. Thank you ScrunchSac for your product and wonderful customer service!!!

I love this product! Practical and Pretty. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A COMPANY! Ordered one for myself first and then decided to buy for friends. I originally placed an order for 3 and then decided to buy 2 more because they were giving a discount the more you buy. I emailed the customer service link and they adjusted my order and applied the discount. I had some shipping issues with this order because Crazy Covid pandemic has disrupted the the world's shipping system. NOT THE COMPANY'S FAULT!!! Yes, it comes from China. So what?! When my 2nd order didn't arrive after 4 weeks (tracking showed it was stuck at the LA airport) I contacted the company via email. They were so polite, professional & very accommodating. They sent me a replacement order, at no charge, which arrived within 3 weeks. In the meantime, my original order arrived and they did not charge me for it. The material is stiff at first, but it softens with use. I love the fact that I can place the bag on my bed, open it up, spread everything out within the bag circle and see all my makeup. Then when I'm finished, in one grab and pull of the strings all my makeup is gathered up. I haven't had any defects with my bag, but I'm sure if I did the company would replace it no problem. It's versatile and I personally think it's a great gift idea. It arrives packaged in a sturdy Ziploc style plastic bag with a business card so it's cute for gifting. My one wish is that there were more fabric print choices, like black & white prints, bright flowers & leopard prints in different colors. FUN!!!

When I received my scrunchsac, there was a defect. I contacted the vendor, they immediately responded, apologized and shipped out a new product, free from defect. Then, they followed up to make sure I received it. That is great customer service. I understand sometimes things happen in manufacturing but to have the vendor immediately rectify it without a struggle was perfect. And, the product is amazing. It performed wonderfully on my recent vacation containing all my makeup products.
