It took me a very long time to receive my makeup bag but I really do love it and recommend it to all women!

I absolutely love my pouch. It is awesome to be able to find exactly what I need when I am tired first thing in the morning doing my makeup as a zombie.
I used to have to pull the contents of my makeup bag out to locate everything....the quality it perfect and the design is adorable.

Love it so much....very fast shipping too! Will be buying one for my daughter to put all of her hair things in for her birthday.

I first saw add on Facebook and thought 50 Euro for 3 plus delivery was good price. After ordering I then saw that it was coming from China and not USA (which I thought it was coming from) and would take15 to 20 days which made me nervous. They already charged my card at this time. I send email saying that I wanted to cancel my order and Abegail gave me half off and sense it was for Xmas I agreed. Then Josh responsed to me that my card should see in 3 days. That did not happen another email to Josh for 3 days and Yes I did see refund. The package arrived after 20 so days. I did have trouble with courier dropping it as at shop and not let me know but that is not Scrunch sacs fault and I made the aware in case it happens to some one else. The truth is I am happy that I received product and happy with product itself. Also happy with Abegail and Josh for customer service. Would I buy online again from any Facebook ads I will research first. Good luck.

It took months to get. When I realized that it was coming from China, I was expecting what I got. They say it is washable. Coming from China I washed the two I ordered. The strings unraveled. The sewing started to come undone. Ladies. Most of these products are coming from China. Poor quality. Also they charged my debit card immediately. I don’t expect these to be able to be used more than once or twice. I had to unjumble the frayed strings and rethread them.

Worst experience ever! Received flamingo blue scrunchsac, was just rubbish compared to the way it was advertised. The material is a thick hard type of plastic that does not feel rightful this product when you pull the strings tight, it bulges and does not close as advertised. Mine arrived with different colour shades all over the fabric and overall it was a murky grey colour instead of the pretty blue advertised. To make it worse when I requested to return it for a full refund they kept offering me a 40 percent refund, and insisted they now have a new supplier and they would prefer to send me a new one for free!! Omg I went around in circles for a few weeks with a lady by the name of Karen to the point it drove me crazy and I gave up on insisting, not even worth the money back!! I don’t know what I am going to do with this product, probably give it to my 3 year old to play with. They don’t honour their 100percent money back guarantee. Don’t waste your time, you will regret it, big rip off scam!!

The original I ordered didn't arrive due to COVID... I could see it got stuck at customs in Vancouver. However, the customer service team was excellent...very prompt in replying to my emails and inquiries about what to do. They sent out 2 new ScrunchSacs! I love it! It makes packing up all my make-up and skin care items super easy!! I highly recommend this product!!

I never received the original one I ordered and then ended up moving so there wasn't a chance I would get it. I talked with both Angelica and Abegail and they were both very kind and helpful! They sent me a 2nd one to my new address and checked up to make sure I received it, which I did!
I'm excited to use it on my next vaca!

The service team, especially Abegail, is to be commended for their great customer service. My first ScrunchSac got lost, so they issued a new one and told me to keep both. They also followed through on everything. I know I will enjoy using this on trips, (if we ever get to travel again)!

When I did not receive it due to trouble,it was polite and quick respons.
I waited in peace.

EDIT: I have received a full refund. It should not have been that difficult, considering their stated unconditional return policy, and the first few refusals were rude. Just save yourself the trouble. (Added one star)

This company is not to be trusted. I don’t like the material the bag was made of, and I emailed asking for return instructions. They asked what’s wrong, and I explained that it wasn’t as I expected. They basically said “too bad, the website says what it’s made of, we’ll give you up to 40% refund.” Who does that?? I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous from a retailer. I scoured the website, and sure enough, they DO have a return policy posted, in black and white: “If for any reason you wish to return your order, we will issue you a full refund.” I responded with a screenshot of their return policy, on their own website. I will update this review if I hear back...

To be honest I was vy apprehensive when I first saw the advert in Facebook.Infact I was bit harsh with them at the begining.Am glad to say I was totally wrong.Their customer service is excellent.Very responsive.I received my product yday and I am very happy with it.Highly recommend.

ScrunchSac is exactly as described. It Is a very functional well made product. I'm very pleased.
Customer service was excellent, replied to my email immediately each time. After the second email, Scrunchsac offered to reissue and send me a 2nd bag free.
I thought I would never receive the product. The first order took 51 days and the reissued 2nd order took 74 days. Worth the wait.

HORRIBLE experience with this company!! I ordered 15 sacs to be used for graduation gifts. They were too small so I’ve been trying now for WEEKS to get them to honor their 100% satisfaction with a full refund policy. After 17 emails they are only offering me 80%. Buyer beware!! Scrunch Sac DOES NOT stand behind their own return policy!!

One of the best customer service teams I have ever met!! Always there when I needed them for any issue that may have occured during the order and shipping procedure, especially with the delays due to COVID. The product is really nice, I use it for many purposes. I even put in my little baby’s clothes and diapers when we go out. Keep it that way guys!!! Great job!!

I’ve had a great experience with scrunchsac team! My order got lost in the mail and scrunchsac sent another shipment no questions asked. I finally received my order, it was exactly as described and advertised. I’ve been using it for the last month and am enjoying the product very much!
