Sending random stuff if they don't have something in stock
I have been monitoring the "city dusty" pants in dark green for MONTHS for them to come in my size 38. Finally, I saw that they were in stock and I immediately placed an order along with a belt and "mare" pants. Super excited, I opened the package only to find out some other pants were sent to me instead of the "city dusty" ones, god, this really made me sad. Since they weren't in stock any longer I cannot get them anymore and probably will have to wait ANOTHER couple of months until they come in my size again. I like the "mare" pants but I wish I just never placed an order with you in the first place if I knew how disappointing it was gonna be. Now I have to go through the trouble of printing out a label and going somewhere to send these random pants back. Thanks scuffers. STOCK THE CITY DUSTY PANTS IN DARK GREEN IN SIZE 38!!!

Costumer service is actually very vert bad my package is still not delivered after a month the comments on ure posts on instagram are full of people with the same problem. If u want to return or refund ure product u can’t becaus they wont send u the legal documents. On instagram, email, insta, tiktok everywhere u just get a ai response that leads u to there help page on there website that doesn’t help u at all.

Don’t buy from scuffers!
Don’t buy from scuffers!! They won’t help you when something is wrong with your order (in our case the pants ripped the first day, so poor quality as well) impossible to get a redund/free return, links they send for “free return don’t offer free return. Have been trying to get help for over a month now, it’s crazzzy. Final straw was they asked me if we wanted a free other product, looked online (hardly anything in stock in the right size) gave 2 (!!) options and got a reply that this is not in stock and can I choose something else.. replied that I want my money back and got gosted (again) :(

horrible service and no good materials in the pants either. way too short, and way too wide at the waist- sizes make no sense. really disappointed- i loved your sweatshirts but your pants really do not fit ANYONE.

Mostly great
Mostly great. I ordered a hoodie and a top - the hoodie was true to size but the top wasn’t. The top is supposed to fit tighter, but it’s really loose. Ordered it according to the size chart.
Otherwise the quality is great! The hoodie is a bit thinner than it looked on the picture though.
