T-shirts shrink easily so be careful to follow laundry instructions carefully. The quality of the items is good.

Cute Clothes and Fast Shipping
The clothes I ordered are very cute and high quality. My niece loves this brand and you ship very quickly. I will definitely shop there again. The tank top I got is too big for her so I am going to try to exchange it for a small. Hopefully the exchange process is as great as the rest of the experience has been.

Very poor communication
I placed my order as a birthday gift for a friend on April 9th, as of April 27 it has yet to be shipped. I understand shipping is difficult and Scuffers is based in Spain, but there is truly no excuse for your lack of communication regarding my package and I will NOT be ordering again.

Placed an order in February of 2026. Never received the hoodie. Customer service has not been helpful and it seems I get a general fixed reply every time I’ve reached out, since February. It’s been 3 months. Order #1880739 Scuffers employees and managers please look into this. Please check with the “shipping carrier” and either refund me for the hoodie or send another one my way.
