I still have not locate my package that I paid for since June. Which shipping company said they delivered my package. You should be helping your customer out. ORDER #131928. I need to know if it’s fedex or usps so I can go to there office.
I really wanted this to work for me, but sadly, after wrapping all 13 feet around me even uncomfortably tight, the wrap added enough bulk that my measurement increased from around 27.5" to about 28"! I emailed customer support 10 days ago but didn't get a response. My review on their site wasn't posted. Also, follow the link on trust pilot. Sculpt baby sells 1 product only, so all the reviews about other products must be bogus.

Hey there Lynn, we're sorry for your experience but stand firmly behind our product. We do not say that the wrap will decrease your waist size, as it's meant to help in aiding to sculpt your waist. We did in fact respond to your email as well, so maybe it was lost in your inbox or in transit. We also do sell other products off of our main site as it's reserved for our signature waist wrap. We would love to make things right if you could contact us directly!
This wrap is everything from sculpt baby! So comfortable and their service was great when I needed to change my address on the order.
