I never received my order

I never received my order, I ordered one dress, one pants and one sweater.

The customer service told me: « your package has been delivered. » and nothing else.

In fact, the deliverer has let my package outside in the street in front of my door, so what do you think?… I just let you imagine what happened. THE DELIVERER HAS LET MY PACKAGE OUTSIDE, OUTSIDE, IN THE STREET!!! Like hellooooo???! The level of stupidity is too high to be honest.
Of course my package has been STOLEN!! What do you think???

I will sue the company FOR SURE if they don’t take their responsibility to refund me, because YES, it’s their freakin’ responsibility with whom they deal with for the delivery! Like hello?!!

I’m extremely upset and disappointed, don’t ever buy from this company, they’re not professional AT ALL!!

Bad return policy, rude "customer service"

UPDATE: Their return policy is difficult and you will pay return shipping and still not get a refund. I paid $22 for return shipping and sent them the USPS tracking number after I was approved for the return, and they said they'd issue the refund when they received the items. They received them over 2 weeks ago and no refund. I have emailed several times with tracking proof of delivery date, and they are now refusing to email me back.

Some of the clothes are nice and some are not great quality, their sizing is also weird and the size chart means nothing. Not a good return policy and rude "customer service".

Got a couple of cute tops!

I had a really good experience. The blue shirt I ordered is unique and of great quality. I also ordered a knit which wasn't quite right for me and SDEER was very helpful by offering a couple of alternatives. They have also given me a 15% discount on my next order which I will definitely use!

Dress

The dress I ordered arrived beautiful! Followed the size guide on the website but it arrived way too small. I got a 30% refund + 30% coupon on future order upon request and was able to keep the dress. Happy with my experience other than the off the mark size guide

Cute clothes, difficult returns

The clothes are unique and the quality is good, but the returns process is difficult because you have to pay for your own returns. Alternatively, you can take a 30% refund and 30% coupon for another purchase. Neither option is ideal. As noted by others, sizes are quite small.

Item nothing like advertised & they won’t refund

The item was delivered NOT as pictured on their website at all. I bought a long sleeved down puffer coat for winter and it arrived as a cropped short sleeved coat. I requested a refund the next day in accordance with their website and they offered me to pay shipping and only offered to pay me back 30% of the original price of the defective clothing item. No where in their website does it say that refunds will only be offered back at 30%. Buyer beware this company is not professional and sent an email back with such small print that you cannot even read it! Zoom in and you will see they will only refund you 30% of your money once you pay to ship back back a defective item.

Update: was NOT offered a full refund. Was offered 30% only and a coupon to stop again. The email was so small that you had to zoom in and take a photo of it and zoom in more on that screenshot to see the fine print that they would only give me 30% of my cost back. Their website gives a different return policy from what they will actually refund. Their response is a lie to sound good to trap people into buying their things. I have filed complaints as trying to work with the company has not yielded a refund even several months later.

Terrible service

Terrible service, they collect their money and don’t deliver packages.
Don’t buy with them 😡😡😡😡
Courier apparently left the package without collecting a receipt signature.
Courier did not make sure someone was at home to receive it.
Package went missing and neither courier company or Sedeer want to refund.

Clothes are ok but returns are difficult

I bought 4 items and the quality was ok for the price, but small. I read the guidance on clothing, but everything was tight. I would have happily exchanged 2 of the items and return the others but my return enquiry had no return instructions except to offer a discount as an act of goodwill. After the 3rd email attempt I was given a return address in Paris and the cost of return was 20% the cost of the items. I would be wary of ordering from the site again.

If I could I would give zero stars

If I could I would give zero stars! This company is almost a scam! I received 3 items one of which one, a blouse, was made of plastic. I initiated the return process through my order but have never received any mail the page promised confirming and giving further guidance on the return, so now I fear my return will go into a void. I also called the phone of customer service - there is no one on the other end! So think multiple times before ordering with them!

I love the dress

I love the dress. Great quality, soft material, and good fit. If I was to change anything, I wish the straps were a little wider and the dress was about 2 inches longer. Great customer service also!
